“The website was easy to access and excellent detail in the product descriptions made it easy to select the option required. Checkout was a doddle and also allow final alterations to order if required.”

“I found this website very clear to navigate and gave superb detail in the sheds. I’d searched everywhere for sheds, and trying to find the right details on the quality and build was no easy. When I got here everything I needed was right in front of me - wood thickness, construction type etc. I therefore had confidence that what I was buying online was what I wanted. I was fearful of getting a flimsy overpriced shed off other sites, here all the detail was presented.”

“Slight problem with delivery as there was no fittings etc. They were eventually sent to us but we did have to chase. Having said that we are very pleased with the actual shed hence the 4 star rating”

“Delivery driver left the shed at the side of my house late in yhe evening g without ringing doorbell after stating Delivery would be between 1.30 pm and 3 .30pm. I wouldn't have known it was there unless a neighbour had told me. As a single female I had to ring my parent to help me move it into the garden at 8pm as it was so heavy. Felt so thin for the roof it ripped as It was unrolled and I had to buy a stronger felt at my own expense. Instructions not very clear either .”

“Very easy to navigate website, all expected and needed information in the sheds was present and shipping costs easy to find. I have yet to receive my shed but if the website is anything to go by I am extremely hopeful for a quality product”

“Delivery was rubbish!! Driver was on his own and the shed was too heavy to lift out of lorry without dropping it. He also missed previous delivery slot as had run out of hours. Delivery was due 2-6pm. Driver rang 5pm to say had ran out of hours and would deliver next day. I said yes but that i wouldnt be home and to leave by my front door. Luckily he turned up 8am before i had left for work. Neighbour said he struggled to get shed out of lorry, dropped it and left it at the bottom of my drive. I ran out to ask if he could take it to my door. He said he didnt want to unwrap it. He gave me a pair of sissors so i could cut the tape and watched me carry it piece by peice to my door, as he waited for me to sign for it. My neighbour came out to help. Ive always had great delivery drivers so not impressed with this service. Driver was under the impression that i would not be home. I am annoyed he didnt help me carry it but more annoyed at the company for having him deliver it on his own without even a trolley. It was so heavy he wouldnt have been able to delivered it any further than shoving it off the back of his lorry!”

“The web site is very slow and does not explain fully why I was unable to book a delivery date. I had to phone customer services and was then told to go back into the web site the next day. The order system was also not 100% and I had to go back in and out before completing the order.”
