“Customer service really good and delivery excellent. Purchased a 8x6 Holt modular pent shed and quality poor in my opinion - making putting it together a real challenge.”

“Website was ok, delivery driver very helpful and friendly, however after emailing explaining that I wasn't able to be home till the afternoon of the delivery day, did I need to cancel the order, I was told I was 13th on the list so delivery would be in the afternoon. On the day I received notification at 9.30 my delivery would arrive between 10.30 and 12.30, luckily I was able to get out of work early to be there. The shed it'self I am not impressed with, very flimsy and don't expect it to last more than 3 years.”

“Delivery was rubbish!! Driver was on his own and the shed was too heavy to lift out of lorry without dropping it. He also missed previous delivery slot as had run out of hours. Delivery was due 2-6pm. Driver rang 5pm to say had ran out of hours and would deliver next day. I said yes but that i wouldnt be home and to leave by my front door. Luckily he turned up 8am before i had left for work. Neighbour said he struggled to get shed out of lorry, dropped it and left it at the bottom of my drive. I ran out to ask if he could take it to my door. He said he didnt want to unwrap it. He gave me a pair of sissors so i could cut the tape and watched me carry it piece by peice to my door, as he waited for me to sign for it. My neighbour came out to help. Ive always had great delivery drivers so not impressed with this service. Driver was under the impression that i would not be home. I am annoyed he didnt help me carry it but more annoyed at the company for having him deliver it on his own without even a trolley. It was so heavy he wouldnt have been able to delivered it any further than shoving it off the back of his lorry!”

“This is my first time ever having to purchase a shed. I actually needed to buy two sheds for a tenanted property so I thought I would ring through my order and see if I could get a further discount and also arrange a delivery date. Well, silly me!! The number that is plastered all over the website is not answered. I hung on for eleven minutes before being cut off. Ok, fine, so emailed. In email I was assured that once I had made my order online, I could pick a delivery date. Very, very wrong!!!! No communication came my way, no opportunity to pick a delivery date and then my tenant had a surprise when a 'delivery' rolled up. No paperwork, no nothing. So what has been delivered, who knows? Lets see if we get any response from further email to the wonderful customer service team and whether I get £300 for my honest review.”

“Ordered a shed which had a 7 day delivery option. Got confirmation of the order immediately then nothing. After 7 days of nothing I sent message via website, nothing for 3 more days. Tried again nothing, phoned up on line 20 mins no answer. Sent an email to parent company helpdesk just got sent a link to a different companies website to arrange delivery. This site then failed, phoned their helpdesk, they said they would call me back when they worked out why, they never did. Tried again a day later and managed to arrange delivery for a weeks time.”

“Bought a 10x8 metal shed at a very good price. On the website it says delivery between 7 and 14 days. I have send an email last week to ask for a delivery date. I got a polite reply to tell me they have asked the transporter and will get back to me. 2 days ago I asked the same question with the same response. I pointed out that I received the same response as last week and would like something more concrete. I tried the helpline. You obviously have to wait, but then get cut off. I tried twice with the same result. Not too sure what to do next. Help!”

“Ordering alright delivery on time. shed was cheap and as expected quality no good. But floor was very thin and was on level ground but cracked with just my weight. Have got to buy thicker flooring to even assemble shed. would not buy if I were you.”

“Couple of the shed panels liked like a machine gun had been fired on it . About 15-20 knot holes so had to be filled and sealed after. Very poor non existent quality control should habe been sold as a second.”

“We ordered a 10by10 ft shed, with windows. When it arrived it did not have a kit for the windows, I have e-mailed a number of times but still haven't received the window kit. I now need to fix the windows myself at a cost to me.”

“Arrived damaged.had to chase to get a replacement peice.. Took 3 weeks. Wood trim missing had to have one made up. 3 peices felt were not big enough, cut wonky so spent £30 on new felt.. No nails, screws etc as supposed to be included..nails in shed make up sticking out in places.. Very sloppy workmanship. Woodland bike shed.. I will never purchase again from this company or recommend 😒.. Customer service rubbish..quick enough to take your money though”

“Struggling to say something positive at those time. Ordered a metal shed with floor frame on 21st August (at the time 5-10 working days was the stated lead time). Emailed to chase an eta and was told lead time now 10-15 working days. When this duration expired on Friday I made contact again and I was informed the manufacturer has dispatched to the carrier and they will be in touch. Nothing as yet and the lack of communication is frustrating. We have builders due to start work shortly and crates packed ready to store in a non-existent shed. Just wish I had taken my £279 to a company that could have fulfilled my order within the time frame stated. Just feel let down tbh.”

“The good: - The shed is nice and seems good quality. The bad: - Confusing completion of order. Three separate companies involved in fulfilling the order making communication difficult. - Delivery delayed by several days and poor communication from the delivery company. The worst: - Instructions included were for a different shed. They were similar and vague enough to have us half construct before realising they made no sense meaning having to deconstruct after finding the correct instructions online.”
