“sorry havent recieved shed yet”

“Ordering: Placing the order was simple, however, updates on the progress of the order were non-existent. Whilst it said 1-2 weeks for delivery I had to chase for an update. Would have been nice to get emails on the status of the order as you would do (order has been picked, the order is ready for shipping etc). I was informed I would get an email or message confirming the 4-hour window again, after not receiving confirmation I had to chase myself to find out what time the order was coming. Installation: Would have been better if all the parts were labelled and referenced within the instructions to make installation far easier. Overall: Not the best experience and would consider going direct to the outlet/ yard to buy a shed in the future so I can speak to someone directly and even look at the construction/ quality.”

“Disappointed that some panels have discolored and either from the sun or rain when it was delivered . Customer is not happy with the colour difference and I’ve now got to stain the shed at my own expense”

“I have finally got round to erecting my shed today having been away for the past few weeks. A couple of bits when unpacked were broken (1 length and a diamond piece for the gable). The quality is OK but not brilliant eg to what I was expecting. For the price, I would have expected a bit better. Instructions were OK to follow and shed looks good up. Overall I am happy but could have been better”

“They out source the delivery and Installation to a secondary company who refuse to deliver to the shed location and claim that an external alley is not external or accessible. They make things complicated and doubt the space you have. Doesn’t seem like they want to do the job.”

“Little disappointed to be honest. Summerhouse delivery was later than expected, no phone call to arrange delivery time as promised. Summerhouse is quite flimsy and not as good as I expected.. hope it withstands the wind we get in Scotland!!! Not a very happy review but an honest one”

“The furniture is lovely and was delivered quickly. However there is a fault on one of the chairs and the after sales service is very poor. I have sent 2 emails that I have not had a reply to. I have called but the recorded message says email 🤷‍♀️ Not good!”

“I’m unsure as to how I provide a review on service as I only placed an order and yet to receive goods,. Based on the purchase on line it was straight forward, received email confirmation on order placed, that’s it so far. Expect a follow up email maybe advising next steps on anticipated delivery maybe? Website stated in stock 14 days delivery so would have expected indicative delivery date by now? (4 days later) by email? Left wondering what’s next it’s not clear on your email acknowledging the order. So far it’s very average in terms of experience, what’s next would be great and provide comfort that all is in hand.”

“Disappointed with the shed. Odd coloured panel sent and some pieces half painted. For the price it is disappointing. The builder erecting it says it's poor for the price. I'm recently bereaved and finding such purchases challenging. This company was recommended. I ordered with ease, delivery was prompt and everything seemed alright until it was built. I've now got to await a response to my email but not keen on the shed being taken down again to put right.”

“Easy website to navigate and order from. Products look good. Will review further once delivered & installed Delivered on a different day to the one I selected. Instructions were not included..emailed customer service & they promptly emailed them to me. Instructions were a bit minimalist to say the least, but managed to assemble the shed ok as I’ve done a few before. Not enough 50mm screws provided but everything else ok. Really like the finished product”

“Bought shed with a pick a date delivery Turns out they don’t honour these dates 6th of May picked Called today and told delivery is 10th Also booked an installation team for that date Nope, they’re coming on the 20th I’ve booked days off work, ordered a skip for the clearance of our old shed and yard clear for the day before booked Pick a Date So now I have to cancel that Cancel days and hope I can get the new dates Total RUBBISH but 3 stars for price”
