“The shed I purchased from you which was great. I buy many things and most instructions are written by somebody that dont write from a view point that the consumer may Not know what is what. Even down to the transport packaging, with the window panels having transport blocks and the cross beams holding EVERY panel in place until i wanted to use them. Normally they hold the externals and when you take off the first one the rest of the panels fall.”

“Absolutely awful service, would definitely not recommend, ordered and paid for my shed on 14th March, booked delivery date for 28th April, got order confirmation on day of order, had no further communication, so made arrangements to be home from work to accept delivery, shed did not arrive on 28th April as arranged, after at least 5 phone calls established that it had been dispatched, and they did not know where it was. Eventually after a further 3 days managed I to track to the local delivery depot, I got no help from Shed Monkey at all, finally 10 days after the arranged delivery date I received it. At no point was i contacted by Shed Monkey and offered an explanation or apology.”

Thank you for your review Stephen, I have looked into your delivery and see power sheds kept you updated. The issue was with the 3rd party courier company in Plymouth, with shops, bars and restaurants opening again had put strain on all deliveries in your area. This is not the case Nationally and seems to be localised to your area. I hope you enjoy your shed for many years. All the best Claire@shedmonkey.com

“Sides fit very well, roof not as good, some of the tongs at the edge got split think these would be better trimmed off. Not enough screws? Plenty of felt but didn’t seem the need for the additional strip on top but proposed used to provide additional strength ? Generally a good shed for the money Delivery and online / phone processes very good indeed”

“I was kept in the loop re my order and delivery was good , nice driver. the reason I wouldn’t buy again thou is the door height is 5 feet 6 inch high so i have to duck every time and unfortunately i dont always remember. I cannot think why the hell would they make a door height this low.”

“Very happy, ordering was easy , great being a modular design so could fit door and windows where it best suited. DELIVERED ON TIME AND ON DATE, VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND PRICE. BEST SHED I'VE EVER BOUGHT. NOT TO DIFFICULT TO ERRECT, WIFE HELPED ME GET THE ROOF ALIGNED, AND I'M 60 SO WE MANGED OK. SHED LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.”
