“Wasn’t made clear by the designer or follow up appointment with the Surveyor that I would need to do a significant amount of work myself - such as removing the existing fitted wardrobes and making sure the walls, floors were left to enable the fitter to fit the wardrobes. Whilst this might be obvious to some it wasn’t to me. I wanted Sharps to take the headache out of managing all the associated work but must of the work is with me. I wouldn’t mind but for the cost overall this doesn’t represent good value in my opinion. Expected to have wardrobes fitted by Christmas but god knows when it’s going to happen now! Also concerned that when I move the wardrobes will the surveyor need to return as effectively surveyed the walls etc before the wardrobes were removed. I and seriously regretting paying the deposit and instructing Sharps.”

“From the very outset, the design was brilliant, my thoughts and wishes were taken in to consideration, even though I have ridiculously high ceilings and did not want sliding wardrobes. Installation was brilliant, leaving me with the most amazing looking wardrobes. One thing to note, when they say that they will be cutting in the room, they mean that the panels are delivered as standard sizes and it becomes a full on carpenters workshop complete with sawdust. Even though they say just push the bed to one side, don't, remove it or it will be full of dust and sawdust. Dust sheets can only do so much, cotton allows dust to get on to everything and even though the installer will clean the room as much as he can, he can't strip the bed for you. I love my wardrobes and you definitely get what you pay for”

“Everything went very smoothly from the arrival of the salesman to the fitting. The joiner arrived bright and early and completed the wardrobes to our specifications and we now have a beautiful bedroom and a superb wardrobe that is neat and tidy and looks perfect”

“Unprofessional, false promises and very disappointed. First visit by agent, quote the price then came second time to get it signed and increased the the price £800. Was assured and promised that we will get Wardrobs installed by 9th December. we ripped out carpet and our old ones, from the room, Shraps called to inform us today; because my wife didn’t pick her phone (she wasn’t main contact) yesterday so they can’t deliver the Wardrobs before Christmas and delivery will be in mid January ). They make absurd excuses and false promises to delay the installation. Apparently we aren’t the only customers they postponed until the new year. Suffice to say, I’m going to cancel the order tomorrow we no longer trust them and are very disappointed.”

“Not worth one star. Already had one repair to our wardrobe fitted 10 days ago due to poor fitting, only to find another panel has been damaged. Very upset would not recomend”
