Friendly and professional team with no hard sell

Oleh, our fitter did an amazing job and worked two days non stop to deliver. However, Sharps is not worth the money. For these prices, I think the quality is not that good and the customer service is just horrendous and unreacheable. All they care about is the payment. Fitting day was not respected as they outsource this service and had to find someone new when the first fitter did not come. Email of installation did not mention that it's one day for delivery and 2 days for the installation. I was always assured that this will be done in 2 days but it has been done in 4 (3days + 1 lost day when the fitter did not come), all while the bedroom is condemned as you need to empty it for the installation. No words of excuse or nothing. Even better, after the installation, the rubbish is not collected on the day and the "nice" lady on the customer service told me that this is how it is done and they can only arrange it after final payment and that because of bank holiday, the rubbish can be collected on Tuesday (we are Friday).

The fitter was great but the product is not worth the money. It is soft chipboard that will never last and the door click system is problematical. I have also found that whilst I was asked at the time the delivered whether they had damaged anything - I have found they have take a large chip out of an extremely expensive front door that can’t be repaired as it is a composite door plus they have scraped the wall of my hall. They must have known they clonked the door but hoped I would notice and I didn’t until I came in through the front door today.

No problems with arranging the initial consultation . Very efficient and professional so far. Waiting for the survey in a couple of weeks, can’t wait for instillation.

Anne was amazing..very thorough and knew exactly what she was doing. Anne is also really easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions. Now we’re looking forward to getting the wardrobes fitted for my son in his new home.

Sharps are cowboys and rip off merchants. Do not spend your hard earned money on there rubbish.

Worksman keep telling me that some parts are missing, arranged another delivery and some parts are missing again, keep wasting my time waiting for delivery and worksman First class price, but definitely not first class service!!!

Installer, Colin Malcolm, did a 1st class job when he arrived. Unfortunately he had to follow on from the appalling customer service offered by Sharps office personnel. They were only interested in ensuring that the payment was made ASAP and couldn't care less about the client and their needs. Sharps not to be recommended.

The delivery man was very very rude and lie he said no one was at in which that was a very big lie he came in the house then went away and said he knocked the door for a while they did not start onthe date they would they said it would take 2 days they only did I had to keep phoning they about the rubbish which is still here at my house they were only interested in their money I am still waiting for the rubbish and my 12 yeas guarantee that's form the 16 of March now April they said they sent it to my email I had to keep changing my shift the fitter was good I had so much stress that I would never use this company are recommended to any one i have got a anther bedroom to sort out but I would never use them again I am still waiting for the email a link for the rubbish to be taken away
