Although we have used Sharps before, we did not hesitate to use them again and this visit showed us why -- everything is done so professionally and made so simple and would recommend them to anyone!! Well done Sharps!!!

The designer was perfectly pleasant and drew up plans I was happy with, BUT he advised me of timelines that were grossly incorrect - meaning I'll have to wait an additional two months for installation. Had I known the true timeline before paying the deposit I likely would have looked elsewhere. Sharps is EXPENSIVE, but I paid the premium because I was promised installation within 6-7 weeks. I feel cheated. No-one at Sharps gives a sh*t. Still waiting for a call back from their customer services, it must be at least 3 weeks now. Not good enough Sharps.

The design consultant was Mike Newson, very nice person, professional and helpful, he produced a design of mini wardrobes and chest of drawers to be fitted in my loft extension with a sloping roof, exactly as I had imagined it.

Wardrobe and dressing area design. Professional, experienced and thoughtful design which took into account our practical requirements. Design consultant was also friendly and personable which is important in these challenging times. We were able to make a few alterations and are looking forward to seeing the results in our bedroom! Would definitely recommend.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Absolute shocking customer service, the guy came to our house late by 25mins, sat on our stairs and said "so what is it you want" said Sharps don't do bespoke furniture. What a joke, bad advertising. He was here 5 mins and said there is nothing we can do, we only wanted wardrobes on a plain wall with an ensuite. Now I know why they offer discounts, they are desperate for customers. Honestly do not bother there are much better family run business out there, that have customer service and quality products at the heart of what they do. STAY WELL CLEAR

Good morning sorry bad morning sales man never Evan got here he called to change the appointment time but I had a few other appointment s that day so could not change He said ok but called back 5 minutes later to ask as I in a position to go ahead with the job I said I don’t know because I did not no what the cost would be I felt he was not wantI got to come if I was not saying I was going ahead really put me off so he never came would not recommend

Poor design. Made from cheap chipboard. Drawers not supported with spine for increased structure. Doors don't close properly. Would not buy from them again

Very friendly service. My designer, Mr Ryan, went out of his way to ensure we had everything we wanted and ensuring it kept to our budget. I wish planning all parts of my home was this easy.

Would not recommend, hard sell. Wardrobes are just chipboard and not particularly laminated that well. Customer service in accounts was not very pleasant, rather rude once you had committed to buy.

The services had been satisfactory until I was calling the customer services line to understand a bit more of the so called "provisional installation week". I had called around 1ish and waited half an hour to have told that most of the staff are having lunch time. When I finally reached a member of staff around 3pm, I was told that they are unable to confirm the exact delivery and installation date until 2 weeks from the estimate, which is provisional. I was also asked NOT to call to follow up even if I don't receive a call by mid-June which is quite bizarre. The lady was quite unhelpful and raised her voice a bit - I was rather surprised given all I was expecting are the estimated delivery and installation dates so that I can arrange the schedule for other fitters and also to apply for a day off at work. This is totally not what I am expecting given the cost of the bespoke wardrobe and their positioning as a premium market player.

I have only had the design part of my new wardrobes completed. Very pleased with the way everything was explained and a lot of attention to detail so far I’m very happy can’t wait to have them fitted.

The first man that came stayed for quite along time went to fetch the door handle from his car came back and knocked my large whisky jar over and broke it it was a 4.5litre which is not cheap to replace . Then spent 3 hrs doing a design which we liked and put £2000 deposit to have it fitted . Then there surveyer came to take final measurements so the material can be ordered on checking measurements to be then told the original design will not work this was on 2 bedrooms both where wrong. On redisigning both bedrooms and then to be told it’s going to cost £1400 more, on being told to cancel the order and give my deposit back the surveyor called his manager who agreed to do the bedrooms for original price. Our bedrooms are not a normal size the walls are not all 90 degree angles one corner is at 45 degrees to the next that is why we decided on sharps they should know what they are doing. Our designer Lindsey was very polite, professional and had a pleasant manner. The whole process went smoothly with Lindsey giving expert advice and listening to our (my wife and I) questions and being guided by out preferences. We are looking forward to having our wardrobe fitted.
