The chap that came to design our two bedrooms was excellent. And designed the bedrooms to our specification.

My first sharps bedroom was in 1987 so I can guarantee they last it was still as good the day I left the house as the day I had it fitted! A teenage boys bedroom at that! I am looking forward to my new bedroom furniture.

A little bit disappointing. Designer didn't add any value to ideas put forward by myself. Also gave misleading information (e.g. advised that pull down rail couldn't exceed a certain height - the surveyor advised PDR could be any height. Agreed that I could fit 2 shelves at the top, surveyor advised that would not be possible given the space available and restrictions. Had to revise the whole layout on surveyor visit so felt that the designer visit was a bit pointless - just adding to the overall cost without adding any value.

The materials Sharp use are top class, combine that with a no pressure to buy technique it was a delight to deal with Sharps. We cannot wait to have 2 bedrooms fitted as it will transform the bedrooms. Great experience so far and glad we went with Sharps.

Just had my sales person cancel on me 5 minutes after the appointment was due to be held stating that she couldn’t get the parking machine to work so she would have to reschedule. This is after calling me to see if she could come earlier than booked as she was running early. When I offered to help with the machine she said she couldn’t as she’d need to go to her next appointment. This was at 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. An absolutely pathetic level of customer service.

The salesman arrived looking shabby so not a good start. We showed him the cupboard we really wanted some clever ideas for and he told us it was too small for them. Hmm so much for the bright ideas. He then tried to name drop. Mistake. After years of running a guesthouse and hosting the odd Lords and diplomats, we are difficult to impress. He then measured up the bedroom and declared it was too small for Sharps. I said well what about the houses that are being built with smaller rooms and he ignored that. He left blustering he was the top salesman in the area. Thank goodness we haven't had the misfortune of meeting the worst. Sorry Sharps but an utterly disappointing and dismal experience. If I could give minus 10 I would. Rubbish.

The whole process ended with a complete lacking integration. The waste disposal instruction in the contract from the beginning was assumed by the customer services as a courtesy! That implies that I should feel fortunate that this is taken care regardless of the timing. WASTE IS LEFT internally for another week. A complete irresponsibility and incompetence of understanding how the installation and waste disposal should be arranged. Not a good experience at all to recommend.

Paid over £3000 for fitted wardrobes. Expensive but was happy to pay for quality. Left the installer to it and was shocked afterwards at the poor quality / untidiness of the work done. Pictures attached. Chased sharps to resolve the issues and will be seeking compensation. Not a happy customer. Would not recommend

I have been happy with the process until dealing with the office I ha e explained on numerous occasion that I work in Manchester but the fitting is at my mothers home in London and the way I work please do not to phone me just email me I arranged with the office to come and fit, agreed the date etc due to the office not being able to contact me by phone and letter there cancelled the fitter I ha e travelled all the way from Manchester yet again I have rang to find out why the fitter has not come to be told we tried to contact you and was told they emailed me too which was a lie Ive asked them to forward me the email oh I can’t forward it I will get customer service to call you But no was has called as yet I will never recommend this company absolutely awful

This is the third time of using Sharps but it will definitely be the last ( no loyal customer service). Rude installation customer service .. error after error from start to finish resulting in us having to pay extra to rectify their mistakes. Will never use Sharps again ... the price we paid doesn’t reflect the service/quality that we received!

The final product is brilliant but the process to get to it was nothing but stressful. We had to change our initial design due to space. This brought much confusion due to communication between our designer and sharps. We paid too much to start with due to the price change but this hasn’t been changed in our documents, our colour choice, handle choice, mirror choice and a finishing decor was all missed and I had to double check everything at every point. Overall, an ok experience but should have been smoother considering the price you pay
