Excellent work from the sharps designer he listen to what I have to say an how I wanted the design to look. Change things around for me three or four times until I was satisfied satisfy.

I will say that now they are finished I do like the look of my wardrobes, but the process was a complete nightmare. Fair enough, everything had to be taken out of the bedroom and distributed around the house. King sized mattress on the landing, etc. The job was meant to take two days so that would have been fine, but we had to live like that for FOUR weeks. The surveyor was incompetent. The two wardrobes were not positioned symmetrically on either side of the chimney breast, so the fitter had to move one of them. Then a side wall went into one of the wardrobes, which I had been specifically assured would not happen, blocking off some of the space to the side. That all took two weeks to resolve, with very poor communication about when the replacement parts would be delivered. As soon as it was signed off and I tried to put things in the wardrobes I found the integral shoe rack was unusable. Customer services only responded to my multiple calls and emails when I wrote a formal letter of complaint and threatened to take it further. Even then, they did not keep me in the loop. It was two more weeks before that was resolved and I could finally move things back in, because I did not know whether the remedial work would necessitate emptying the room again. Don’t believe the claim on the website that the parts arrive already cut to size. They don’t. There is industrial scale sawing and cutting, and the room is filled with sawdust. Then you have to dispose of the offcuts yourself. In our case, 5 heavy refuse sacks full. Take my advice, get a local joiner instead.

We had the initial visit from the designer called Kathy Geminiani, not only she is late which was not a big deal, but from the moment she walked through the door, she has showed no people skills, no greetings, come across quite rude with an attitude, this certainly does not leave a good impression and I am not happy with what I have seen so far, if the designer can't even leave a good first impression, how can I trust that the process afterwards can be reliable? So I have asked her to leave my house to stop wasting each other's time. It's a no no from me.

I have not had my bedroom furniture fitted yet but your Design Consultant has been extremely helpful. I hope the actual furniture will be as good.

ancel… Very disappointed I can’t even cancel the installation as I’ve signed my agreement. Deposit was to be paid of £700 after having. Designer visit and measure up, they actually took the full amount instead leaving my partner overdrawn! Money was in savings and had to ask for a refund. We were given an installation date for tomorrow -25th March and received a call today that there is no one available now can they come on Friday 26th instead! My partner and I are I. The office every day and cannot just change our time requests off last minute at work. I called Debbie the area manager and she said it’s okay! They are fully CRB checked and you can leave them to work in your home while you are at work. Really? So if something is damaged or stolen I am not at home it’s my word against theirs no proof! I told her that this is inconvenient at short notice and she said it’s okay, it’s still on your installation week! Seriously I am at work all week even during a pandemic! So manipulative cannot take responsibility clearly messed up and forgot about us. She then mention I still owe £300! I said I’m not paying as it has been paid in full, then we will get a debt collection agency to send you a letter! I told her my partner phoned to make full payment! Little did we know they had taken all the funds except for the final £300! My partner never checked as 2 amounts were taken at once. Further to this she lied! Told me there was no one available as they were sick with Covid! Told my partner that no one was available as they over run on and installation today! I asked for a cancellation and refund! As the service is terrible! She said you can’t you’ve signed a contract. Don’t chose sharps I wish I hadn’t!!!!

Designer had great ideas and listened to what I wanted. Till surveyor said certain things were not possible and had to change initial plan. Also don't tell you initially you have to get rid of current fitted wardrobes etc not impressed with that as it was quite a bit of additional work for me. Lovely fitter worked his socks off but I'd wanted Shoe Racks which did not show on plan hap to be put on depth which was ridiculous as my wardrobe is about 5ft deep I'd never be able to reach the back ones. 2.5 out of 5 could do better with the design / surveyor stage but they look lovely

50% discount is a complete smokescreen. Hopelessly expensive and even after this 'discount', 4x local quotes are all much cheaper. Do yourself a favour... Do get other quotes and don't accept BS from this lot. I can only assume these 'similar' 5-star review questionable!

Been bowled over by the professionalism, friendliness and advice offered by Sharps. Their customer service has been excellent. Small project for them (I'm sure) but it has made no difference in this planning stage. Now can't wait for the end product!

A sharps representative visited my home, they provided rough measurements and quoted prices on new wardrobe. Very happy with the service received so I went ahead with placing my order for wardrobes. Only given a 4* as there is a lengthily wait (8 weeks) from initial quote to getting a surveyor out to do the final measurements which slightly let the service down.
