We were extremely pleased with the unit that has been fitted - the fitter was excellent and the mess minimal - I would certainly recommend them to anyone. A little bit pricey, especially as the wardrobes had no backing, but the overall effect was worth it.

We are very pleased with our bedroom The wardrobes and furniture are beautiful The planning was perfect for us Everything went to plan with the least disruption as possible The fitter was very helpful and obligeing The Quality is just A1 We would reccomend Sharps to anyone It was not cheap But well worth it all Thankyou Sharps

Fantastic customer service from start to finish, Sharps consultants know exactly what they are talking about and give excellent suggestions and recommendations. Everything arrived on time and the bedroom was fitted on the day that was agreed, with minimum fuss and disruption. The wardrobes look amazing, 100% would recommend Sharps to friends and family.

We are delighted with our new bedroom. The quality is excellent and the service was very efficient. Everything arrived on time and the bedroom was fitted on the days agreed. Overall we would definitely recommend Sharps.

Great customer service, patient consultants and solid-built wardrobes. It has been a few months since the installation completed. The wardrobes are still looking amazing and working perfectly. It is a bit pricy but the money is worthy for everything!

The salesman was excellent good advice , prompt on his appointed time , the surveyor was equally good and came on a Saturday for convenience . The goods were delivered on time and by two very pleasant guys . The fitter Chris was excellent tidy clean worker nothing was too much bother , more than happy to recommend this team . We are delighted with the finished item , no complaints .

The person who came to draw up the original plans was down to earth and friendly which was a very good start. We were having sliding wardrobes and he was very helpful and said that the bed could stay were it was - the surveyor then came and insisted a couple of days before that we needed to turn on its side - impossible for 2 ladies to manage and stressed us out. The fitter however was fine with it where it was in the end and did a marvellous job - the mirrored wardrobes look brilliant and very spacious. The fitter worked hard and he had the job done within the day.

rude service, don't call back when they promise they will, leave their heavy rubbish in the middle of the room. still haven't manage to get one of their guys to come and collect it.

Well my parents wanted to install a walk in wardrobe into my room as a birthday gift. So we were giving the costs and regulations for the proceedings. Therefore we re-painted the walls and removed everything. So when the time came to install the wardrobe, at 8 in the morning, a guy came and said he could not install the cupboards as a result of a 'back pain', which needed to be seen by a doctor! So we called sharp, which the headquarters spoke in such a rude manner, and didn't not apologise for anything. Then the poor worker called Michael has to postpone his other job for us which he came at 3:40pm. Plus when he finished the job, the shelving unit wasn't furnished properly!! So not only did they delay us from our activities, but now they have to come again! And yet they still haven't apologised or offered any compensation for the mishaps. The end result was good but the way they treat their customers, is unfortunately not good. From an extremely angry customer. Never again booo!

It seems it is your responsibility to get rid of all the rubbish after the fitting! We spent £8000 on two bedrooms and then had to make two drips to dump to dispose of all the rubbish!

We had two wardrobes done in the bedrooms. The customer service was good and always let me know what was happening. The only problem we had was a few of the doors were damaged when installed but after sorting it out with aftersales they were replaced with no questions asked. The fitters were brilliant, they caused no damage to any of the rooms, were very hard working and got the jobs done without dragging it out.

Sharps service and fittiers were very good, tidy and efficient from design to orders, delivery and installation. I would totally recommend sharps bedrooms, my bedroom is more spacious and looks very modern. Thank you.

On this occasion they were ok. Last time we used them the workmanship was faultless however this time its a bit rough in places. Fitter was nice however he wanted to finish in a day so was with us from 8am till after 10pm. No one from Sharps ever phoned to make sure all ok .. they did this the last time and phone calls to office were never returned. This will be the last time we use them.

The process of buying Sharps bedroom furniture started with a very arrogant salesman, talking through my wife and I and telling us what he was going to fit and not listening to what we wanted exactly, but after some strong words he got the message and we got in the plans what we wanted. Next came the delivery and it was noticed that the wrong glass had been fitted to the 5 large sliding doors, I called the salesman as he was the person that took the order only to be told by him "that it was nothing to do with him he only took the orders and I needed to call Sharps directly". i did speak with Sharps and foolishly i accepted a reduction in the price to keep the doors they supplied. The installation went smoothly and the installation fitter was excellent. After 7 weeks the runners on one of the doors failed so i called Sharps and they arranged a fitter to attend. He arrived over an hour later than agreed saying its the office told him the time which they say they didn't? Anyway he looked at the door and said he hadn't come across this fault before, he then proceeded to ask me for tools and a step ladder as he didn't have any with him, at that point i asked him to leave as you could tell he didn't want to be there, i called the office the following morning and rearranged a different fitter who was fine and although he hadn't experienced the fault before said he would order new runners and he checked the other doors and they were also showing signs of failure so he has ordered runners for all the doors. Now comes the next challenge getting them fitted as both my wife and i work full time they expect me to take a day off work at my cost because their product has failed. i have left several voicemail and sent various emails for a Mrs Jenny Edwards a Supervisor at Sharps to call me but heard nothing yet, as she hasn't responded to the voicemail's or emails. A young chap called Josh is trying to organise but his hands are tied and has to go by their process where a supervisor could make other decisions. Because of this poor aftersales experience I would not use or recommend Sharps again

Marked the walls on delivery having just decorated the room with no apology, didn't care Fitter was good tho, Rep a complete idiot loads of timber left all for me to clean in my eyes paid over the odds
