We had a Sharps bedroom installed in February. The design Engineer, who visited first, was very helpful and his expertise and advice enabled us to maximise on the space available and yet produce a design that met all our needs. The follow-up engineer, who took accurate measurements of the room, also reviewed the design with us. We were able to introduce some minor modifications at this time. When the material was delivered it was well packed to prevent damage and the delivery was meticulously counted off by the delivery team. The fitter then arrived and spent 4 days in the bedroom constructing and installing units. The finished bedroom is as good as any in the Sharp's catalogue and is admired by all who visit. Good value for money.

I absolutely love my new wardrobes not only do they look great but they have also provided me with lots of extra space, my fitter was great as he was professional and very tidy. I would certainly use Sharps again!

First class service from day one. Sharps provided helpful advice and a comprehensive range of bedroom fitted cupboards for me to choose from. I was kept well informed of the progress of my order and each stage of the process happened on the scheduled day. The fitter was professional, skillful and friendly. Overall I am delighted with the service provided by Sharps and my bedroom has been transformed from a hotchpotch of mismatched furniture to a sleek and organised space.

Awful customer service. Sharps do not communicate internally or with their paying customer. Despite confirming of receipt of my cancellation letter, they still took full deposit. Took me weeks to get my money back, many phone calls. Managers are never around. I explained my situation to so many people, so many times and a month later Sharps admin were still not aware my order was cancelled. When I complained of being out of pocket, the Area Managee informed me I’d left Sharps out pocket by having a surveyor. Best to use a local company who are easier to communicate with and have trained staff.

Awful company. Don't know how to do their job, they lie to sell you a wardrobe they are not able to deliver and fit!

Sharps seems to find internal communication difficult and has delivery staff that are extremely rude. Having ordered a wardrobe, I telephoned to explain that, on the day of delivery, I would not be available but my wife would, albeit she would be a couple of miles away at my daughter's house. I gave them a landline number that she could be contacted on, as my mobile would be switched off. On the day of delivery, several attempts were made to contact me on my mobile, despite me telling them that it would be switched off. No attempt was made to contact my wife until after the delivery lorry had arrived at the delivery address and departed again. Eventually, the penny dropped and Sharps made contact with my wife and she arrived at the delivery address within 10-15 minutes, as had been arranged previously. Having returned to the delivery address, the delivery personnel were very rude, speaking no more than 10 words to my wife, none of which included "please" or "thank you". They demanded money which had already been paid and, when my wife explained, they made a telephone call to confirm that this was indeed the case. No apology was forthcoming, however. When I returned home to hear this tale of woe, I complained to Sharps who, to be fair, did send my wife some flowers by way of apology. They also telephoned my daughter (why?) to confirm that they did have the correct telephone number for the day of delivery but failed to use it. Then the installer failed to arrive on the day of installation. We were contacted early in the day to inform us of this, but another day had to be arranged for installation. It seems that Sharps have not heard about dustsheets, as a great deal of sawdust was left after installation, both in the room and the full length of the stairs. The fact that Sharps gives such awful service is such a shame, as the product itself is great.

Initial sales stage!! whatever you want isnt a problem you wont need to move the electric socket, you can have whatever configuration you require etc etc etc, 3 hours later and that will be £3500 for what is basically a double sliding wardrobe!! stage 2 surveyor turns up appointment booked for 9am on a saturday morning the door is being knocked at 8.30am. The surveyor proceeds to tell me that he doesnt agree with what the sales person has sold with regards to the internal configuration and that also the electric sockets will definitely have to be moved as they sit directly where a panel will be fitted, another 2.5 hours later and alarm bells are starting to ring!! as a deposit of £850 has been paid already we just roll with it assuming it will all be ok, big mistake!! today was delivery day, scheduled for between 7.30am and 8am, at 0640am this big truck pulls up on the front of the house waking us up and at 0710 the doors being knocked. First issue occurs, the surveyor assured us that that the wardrobes could be delivered in to my downstairs front room until the day of the fitting as my daughters bedroom is in use and fitting is a week away. delivery driver refuses to put in to downstairs room and will only put in upstairs bedroom!! at 0720 I am then having to (with no help) move enough bedroom furniture out of my daughters room to allow the new one to be put in. The first unpackaged item brought through the door had a big chunk out of it!! they then brought in one of the glass sliding doors which when trying to put it in to the bedroom literally just cracked the whole length at this point I halted proceedings and said in a minute your going to ask me to part with a further £2500 and I am telling you now I wont be to which I was told we will remove the items already brought in then, I said good luck with that there going nowhere and trust me they are still there. This then led to numerous calls over the period of an hour. I have basically asked for my deposit back and for them to remove the overpriced tat they had delivered and I would find hopefully a professional company to do the job....Apparently at that point I am in breach of the agreement!! really!! I ends up speaking to another manager who proceeds to waffle about what I will or wont do and what they will or wont do, I am now agitated so tell him I dont like to argue over the phone I much prefer face to face, I am scheduled to meet with him this afternoon....further review to follow. These people are appalling to deal with, the product is at best rubbish and severely overpriced dont be taken in by 50% sales or £500 discounts it is purely marketing to get you to sign, looking at the quality of the product today if I had paid half the amount I would still feel aggrieved its S**t, all buyers beware.

decided to buy over priced and inflated wardrobes. They send us a fitter who completely rude and arrogant. he had to wait 10 so that my wife could get home after dropping me off and threatens to not do our job. Had to call sharps to request him to stay. Then it turns out wrong side board has been sent which is then replaced. Then it turns out the door to wardrobes are wrong size too. had to take another day off to wait for new doors to be delivered. Fitter scheduled for saturday morning 8am. no sign of him - call sharps and they say say he will be there. 9.30am still no sign- now sharps say well customer service is closed so no help there until monday. I wish I had read the reviews and never every give my money to these cowboys. I will call external fitter and get the doors put in and sue sharps for lost days.Kingston shop that I ordered from as equally useless

Poor designer experience (drawings incorrect), poor fitter experience (furniture not fitted according to drawings/requirements), Customer Services unhelpful and I'm still awaiting the promised response to my initial complaint (currently 6 weeks).

Poorly service with delivering and fitting, once they have your money they don't take care of you as they did before. You have to confirm a delivery slot 3 times, when the delivery arrived nothing was cut according to mesure. They will make aright mess with cutting .custmer service don't give a monkey they keep on putting you through different department with noresult. If I knew I wouldn't have gone with them .

Very disappointed with delivering and fitting. Delivery slot changed 3 times, no comunication with the fitter, the cutting is done in the bedroom making a mess of dust, the ceveier didn't tell us that the cutting would have to be done in the bedroom so our brand new carpet was ruined. Customer service was usless no compensation given no even to get the carped clened up by professional cleaner .

SHARKS not SHARPS Being a very busy person I decided on sharps to design a small room to give maximum space. Salesman arrives spent over 2 hours designing the bedroom he had no examples so had to go by a brochure we had to haggle over price as apparently we was in 50 % discount ...please don't get taken in with this it's a marketing ploy . I signed at an agreed price .A week later the surveyor arrives opens up the drawing and tuts saying this design will not fit we need to redesign the whole thing !!!! Another 2hours later we have a brand new design informs by me the wardrobe will be a double wardrobe the bedside table will fit and a dressing table I am no expert hence my reason to get sharks in I signed and waited for Installtion . The carpenter arrives and informs me that the wardrobe will not fit as the surveyor didn't take into account the rad so we have to loose about 7 inch of wardrobe space then he tells me I can't fit the bedside unit to the wall as the surveyor did not take into account the plug sockets really disappointed as we have less space than before and the quality is very poor. The wardrobe doors also were not aligned and they sent a guy over to rectify, the doors still do not open and close well. I challenged the guy who came to snag the installtion saying I have one wardrobe a dressing table and small bedside cabinet for £3000 are you telling me this is £6000 (with the 50,%) off his reply oh that's just marketing!!! I said it's very misleading !!! He said well other company's do it ... not being happy at all sharks refuse to come to a compromise and at least fit another corner cupboard I find this appalling I would highly recommend anyone to go elsewhere I am about to contact my solicitors for advise

I told the designer what I wanted she decided to design her own thing telling me I couldnt have what I wanted!! She designed it with shelving at the back and a double rails at the top and bottom. I questioned how was i going to actually use the shelves at the back. I got told its the only way!! I again explained not happy with the design. Next thing you know paperwork comes through the door to sign. Again doing her own thing!! Needless to say the paper work went in the bin and we have got someone else oh yes and its alot cheaper!..jokers!!

""After much research, we chose Sharps Bedrooms and can highly recommend. The service from initial design visit, survey and installation were both professional and efficient. Our bedroom was transformed and the designers introduced some excellent ideas to maximise space and give us the overall look we wanted to achieve.

Very pleased with Sharps, both as a company and my finished wardrobes. Very efficient service, very organised. My wardrobes are absolutely divine! Make my bedroom look like a boutique hotel! I chose a white carcass and Stone doors. The doors match my Farrow and Ball Elephants Breath painted walls perfectly! Beautiful! Couldn't be happier!

Having Sharps fit wardrobes into our second bedroom allowed us to triple our wardrobe space in a small double bedroom. The service itself was exactly as promised. There was no mess left and the fitter was cheerful and efficient. I am very pleased with the result.

I had some lovely cupboards fitted. When you open one of the doors to 90 degrees its handle bangs into the full length mirror on the other door. L shape. I mentioned this to the fitter on completion and was told it's toughened glass and shouldn't break but if it does it's under warranty. It has now cracked under warranty. Customer services state glass/mirrors aren't covered. I asked why it would have been fitted if there was chance of damage and I should have been advised against fitting it, actually it was on the recommendation of the salesperson I had it done this way. To and insult to injury, was told I SIGNED IT OFF, so basically tough. I'm no expert or a designer. That's why I came to you despite your quote being more than double of other quotes. I thought I was buying quality and piece of mind. What was my mistake here, trusting a big name like Sharps or not reading your warranty small print? Which I have, to date not seen! I asked about good will, was refused point blank, because now you won't even return my calls. Disgusting customer services. Furthermore you tell me, if I replace the mirror myself it voids the 10 year warranty!!!
