“Shakes are really tasty and fill you up. No powdery or bitty peices. All flavours are lush, Lost 4 1/4 lbs first week, very impressive as I'm disabled and can't exercise alot . Shall keep going with this”

“There are a couple that I don't like as much but the majority of the shakes and replacement meals are very pleasant to eat and drink with good flavours. They also keep me feeling very satisfied and not hungry.”

“Nice shakes. White chocolate and raspberry and banana are our particular favourites, though we like nearly all of them. Of the flavours avaliable, we really only like ham & mushroom soup.”

“I use the shake that weight porridge and mix in strawberries and blueberries Because the porridge is only 140 calories when made with water but Still tastes lovely with the fruit and only 200 calories. All in all i have used the porridge as part of a fast 800 diet and lost 3 stone in 6 months!”

“I found shake the weight to be very convenient to take to work and have. Most work places have a microwave and therefore it was so much easier to use. This is exactly what I need for me to lose weight as I am really obese and my priority is losing it.”
