“I wash 15st 7lb I'm now I'm 11st 3lb I have been burying strawberry shake cur out the carbs it's taken me over a so I still use shake I still use I'd like to reach 11st but I keep buying shakes just to help me maintained and drink loads of water I hope my story helps someone. :)”

“I like the products as the tastes are good and appetizing. They just only need to put the calories in fron of the package so it would be easy for the user to see. Aside from that everything is very good.”

“Have been using these products for several months as part of my weight loss plan. I only replace one meal a day as I wish to lose weight slowly. On the whole, I like all the products I have tried, particularly the shakes, and the snack meals to a lesser extent, both of which I use as replacements for lunch. I find the larger meals work well as evening meals providing you add lots of fresh vegetables, otherwise, they are not filling enough to see you through 'till morning. If I need a snack I go for a few nuts or dried fruit. The diet works providing you don't cheat and, personally, I enjoy it and have no problems sticking with it.”

“All flavours are great but the chocolate mint and chocolate orange are fab, fab, fab especially in this hot weather with added ice cubes. Haven’t felt hungry at all.”
