“I started the programme one week ago and have already lost 7 pounds. However, my measurements are still the same! I shall continue with it, though, for the next couple of weeks and see if that makes a difference.”

“This plan really works, it's great for boosting your energy and sleep and the meals are really tasty.Not all the products are to my liking but I tend to keep to the few meals that I like ( the noodles and the taco are my favourite) and I like the shakes a lot the cafe latte being my favourite I love anything coffee.”

“Not impressed, I'm on day 4 and no weight loss. No information in the package as to whether you can drink tea or coffee etc. The food sachets are inedible and it's caused me to have constipation. Will continue with what I have left and see what happens”

“Have tried many diets but this one is brilliant.Delivery within couple of days. This is just my second week but everything so far has been so tasty. Lost 3.5 in first week which am pleased about. Just ready to order some more”

“Products are really good, easy to follow plan and to make up shakes and meals. Not found any I don't like. And not hungry on shake that weight. Keep bars as a emergency in case I'm out and can't make pkts up.”

“This is my first time trying these shakes I really wasn't sure if they were going to be for me or not , but I love them my favorite is strawberry an iced latte absolute game changer i've only been using them for a week an i've lost 3lb an im not bloated anymore , even made my second order too 😊”
