“I have been having 2 shakes a day plus a light meal. My favourite shakes are chocolate and hazelnut. I have only just started my diet not even a week yet, but my clothes have already started to feel looser and I feel so much better. I suffer with lactose and gluten intolerances they are amazing. Highly recommend 😀”

“I actually use the bars only as I’ve done shake diets many times previously and can no longer stomach them whereas with the bars i really enjoy them and they fill me up. My favourites are the nutty, chocolate one and the muesli with white chocolate one.”

“Always a great service. I get the bars as they are perfect for me as I travel a lot, all are delicious and my favourite is the lemon one. I also get the breakfast options as easy to make and tasty, and some of the snacks - the only downside is the availability of all flavours and options can be limited so stock up when you see your favs!”

“I am now on Week 4 and after 3 weeks have lost 24lb which I am over the moon with! I have the Chocolate & Cafe Latte Shakes and Milk Chocolate, Crispy Caramel & Muesli & White Choc Bars as these are my favourites! I didn’t get on with the ‘meals’ at all so don’t buy those! Great service - order comes really quickly! I would just like to know if you will ever have the Dark Chocolate Bars in stock as I remember liking them when I did this diet before!”

“The shakes don't need milk and the soups feel a bit heavy... I will try to try the different shakes I have received. It is brilliant that they are gluten free.. Maybe one like a bovril type taste would nice, less heavy and creamy.. KR, Emma.”
