Sorry you're not happy but you only received the products 6 days ago so it's a little early to give up on the plan.Please contact us if you would like some help so that we can determine which plan you were following and help you with advice as to what you may have been doing wrong.

“Fast delivery.... Shakes taste strange and bars leave a taste in your mouth. Noodles are nice but other than that.. Unless you want to eat noodles for every meal then don't buy. I had to bin most of order as I could not eat it. I'm not a fussy eater and would eat anything normally. Actually I should really ask for a refund. Perhaps other products are more expensive for a reason!!”

Thanks for your review and sorry that you didn't like the shakes or bars but as you will see from our other customer reviews,our products are recognised as probably the best for taste and quality on the market but obviously some people have different expectations from their diet products.

“Product is really good but the delivery is terrible. Let alone getting next day delivery! It never happens which is very disappointing exceptaly when you want to loss weight within a week and the product turns up 4 days later!!! And then send you another to make up for this, that parcel is also undelivered and very late again, the annoying part is having to wait in for something that may or may not turn up!”

Thank you. As we explained to you in the apology e mail, DPD lost a large number of our parcels and all of these had to re packed and dispatched again which caused the unfortunate delay in deliveries to some of our customers. The replacement parcel was sent out to you on the 3rd and delivered on the 4th so I don't understand your comment re the replacement delivery being very late.This was a one off incident and deliveries are usually spot on as you will see from other customer reviews.

“I am sorry I didn't like any of the products. They tasted bland and like powder coated with bits of grain like matter. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed with the actual amount of product per meal. An all-round dissatisfied customer. Grace”
