“This is my 4th day, and so far I am very happy. I have started with the starter pack. love all the shakes, the meals are quite filling, and the porridge is a favourite. I have already bought my 2nd box. Thank you 😊”

“The products caused me a serious constipation after taking it for 4 days. I purchased a bundle for a week and stopped using it after 3 days. I’m still struggling to take it off my system. The microwaveable products taste chemical and nothing like actual food. The shakes to be honest taste good but again not tasting natural. I feel like not only I through away my money & half these products but so concerned about what it’s done to my body :(”

“Tasty and surprising filling products Love the shakes, porridge and soup in particular. Have only been using them for a couple of weeks and am doing 3 days on 4 days off so cannot comment to much on weight lose as yet but am hoping to see some improvement soon🤞😊”
