“Honestly I love this plan, it's not pricey and the food is lovely. It made me realise what I was doing wrong in other diets I have tried, but it taste great it's filling and I'm lossing weight over a stone lost already. So I do recommend it.”

“Ordered a couple of taster bundles to try different things. Easy to order and delivered very quickly. The courier is great. Have only had some of the Sour Cream and Cheddar Zippers so far. They are yummy and very filling. Looking forward to trying the other products as well.”

“Lost 2stone 3lb in 11 weeks. I'm such a fussy eater aswell so some products I really wasn't sure on. However so many products that I did like I just brought them. My favourite is strawberry shake, tomatoe soup and the caramel bar, peanut and chocolate bar”

“Favourite shake is banana. I have it with water and ice and give it a whizz in my nutribullet. Sometimes add a bit of cinnamon. I have the carbonara, curry noodle and spicey beef noodles. I do add a tablespoon of nutritional yeast. High protein and minimal calories. Just thickens it and gives it a little added flavour. I've just bought the coconut bars. Not tried them yet but good to see an extra falavour and I like coconut, so hopeful.”

“Great quality products, surprisingly tasty and really helped to kick start my weight loss journey. The bars are amazing for on the go and considering its a bar they actually fill me up along side a bottle of water. Really looking forward to trying more products. My favourite product has to be the chilli beef noodles. I add 2 chopped mushrooms and half of red chilli for some extra spice and texture.”
