“Some of the products taste very artificial and are unpleasant to eat. What annoys me most is every time I come on to place orders items are out of stock! Why can't you do stock counts so you know what to buy in and replace products before they run out? This is sensible business practice. We need consistency when dieting and dieters fail if we divert from track! Also people rely on certain products as they don't like others.”

“Love the methodology. It definitely works. Shame the dried / packet meals are not very nice. The porridge, shakes and bars are absolutely fine.”

“I have the ready meals and i just love the beef and sweet potato stew it’s absolutely delicious they have big chunks of beef in them I use 2 of them a day and a salad and they are very filling I would definitely recommend them as well as the chicken curry with brown rice and they also have big size pieces of chicken and are very filling I tend to stick to 200 calories or less a meal so I haven’t tried any of the other meals as they are over 200 calories.”

“I've just started on injections and wanted more protein so looked at this company. I have tried a nut/choc bar, a banana shake and a packet of crisps and all have been tasty. I was surprised as didn't expect them to be so nice! Here's to the apple/cinnamon porridge tomorrow 😋”

“Good easy meal supplement diet. I did the Cambridge many years ago which was successful but I found the shakes and soups after a while quite depressing. I'm a week into STW and losing a steady weight of 1lb per day having between 600 to 800 calories each day. Pros: very easy and cost effective compared to other brands. I actually like most of what I've tried so far, favourites have be: chicken curry noodles, beef noodles, chicken and vegetables, cheese and onion crips and chocolate shake. I also add in a little broccoli which bulks the dinners out. They are so easy to make, mostly just adding water and then microwave. It's also really nice actually eating and not just drinking shakes for meal replacements. I've had 2 deliveries so far, both by DPD and I had no issues, I have added some pictures. Cons: some of the meals do have an unusual texture but you do have to remember they are meal replacements not normal cooked food. The bars are nice with a coffee especially if you're used to protein bars. I do not like the bacon and cheese omelette at all, texture far too strange, and I have added a picture of this. Lastly, I've found adding in a little veg helps and having sugar free jelly as a dessert really helps.”

“Okay so I have been trying to loose weight for about 4 years and I literally cannot find a diet that I can stick to and loose weight. I like to see results fast or I give up after a week. I did my research, read up about the success of the meal replacement diets on th eNHS, then decided to take the plunge. I have and I literally do not knwo why I didnt do this diet before. Its really easy. I do a milkshake for breakfast, then a meal at lunch, then I eat with the family in the eve, but just have less carbs than I would usually and more protein and salad. I have cut out alcohol as well. so in my first week, I lost 1.2kg. I am really delighted. I have another 8-10kg to go, but I am feeling like it is quite achievable. the shakes and the meal, does fill me up, they mostly taste okay, although the cafe au lait / choc mint / choc / banana are the nicer flavours for me. The meals / soups are okay but the main thing is they fill you up and I inly want to drink fizzy water and lots of it. If you are feeling like me, unsure, try the £35 taster pack like I did and give it a whirl. I am delighted. I want to lose the weight before menopause really strikes!”
