“Pleasantly surprised by the flavours and by the fact that I'm not feeling hungry all the time (one week in). I feel like I can stick with this diet. Would have been nice to have had a few more choices in the week starter pack. Some of the microwave instructions could be better - they specify the power for the first zap but not for the second one. Also, the tiny white writing on some packs is difficult to read - black text is much clearer. General information on the diets on the web page could also be a bit more helpful. I think, but am not sure, that there is a daily skimmed milk allowance for brews, but it could be stated much more clearly and obviously.”

“These shakes, meals and bars are amazing ! My husband who loves milk shakes tried them - he is the connoisseur of shakes and not on the diet and said i would drink them, they are really lovely and tasty ! I have tried lighter life, the diet works but these are so much more tasty ! This is a brilliant product …. Thank you STW !”

“Been on it for 4 days now. While it is hard at first it does get easier. Milkshakes taste awesome. And go nice and thick.”

“Hi I’m on day 5 and so far sooo good. I have fibromyalgia and have not been able to follow any other diet program due to brain fog. Just couldn’t plan, organize, count calories etc. This plan has been just what I need. No thinking or planning involved. Shakes and bars are tasty and filling. I did not want to get weighed until I was a week into it but couldn’t resist. I have lost 5lb so far! Pleased I did weigh myself because it was so motivating.”
