“I've only been doing it for a few days. The shakes are very nice, and I use milk which makes them thick and creamy. The meal replacement bars are nice but I find them hard going. I've also had the dried chicken and noodle meal which was very nice. I've never done a diet with meal replacements and I am very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. I will definitely be buying more.”

“I absolutely love all of the products especially the salted caramel cake which I’m trying at the moment. I’ve lost 1 stone & 2 pounds up to now in 31/2 weeks so I would definitely recommend as they are all so filling too”

“Great customer service and speedy delivery I bought mainly ready meals which are really tasty and I have just ordered more. The outlay needs to be considered but when you take into account that you don’t need to do much cooking and shopping, so will be saving time, money on food shopping, money on petrol (for going shopping) and money on power used for cooking - they are perhaps good value. I have lost a couple of pounds already too.”

“I just love the shakes, so quick , very filling, and I also lost a stone in 4 weeks. , having 3 products a day plus a low carb meal around 400 calories. Still, had my daily cuppas of tea. Pepsi max at night, and also ate out 3 times in those 4 weeks., and had one gin on those 3 nights out . Back to my target weight , happy me. 😊..keeping on with just the shakes as and when I need a boost.”

“This is a simple way to lose weight, I have the crunch cereal for breakfast, shake at lunch, chocolate bar mid afternoon, and proper dinner and have lost almost 2 stone in 2 months. You MUST drink at least 2 L of water through the day.”

“The new porridge recipe - it should not be called porridge. It is nothing like porridge- it’s sloppy with an unusual taste - I really can’t eat it. It is far from the original recipe that was quite palatable. The other products are doing their job & weight loss is good.”
