“Try a sample of anything you want to order before ordering. The sachets have a really distinct (and disgusting) smell that is extremely offputting. So far we have tried the ham & mushroom soup, tikka masala and carbonara and all have resulted in an unbearable stench through the house. If I was able to I’d be sending it back but you can’t once the box is opened. Buy carefully!”

“Have used products before & they were excellent so having put on weight through extreme stress I decided to try them again. My disappointment is that my order turned up incomplete! I have very little time to sort out problems so this is really inconvenient & haven't had a chance to email complaint and more importantly start diet !!!”

“There was an issue with the transaction and the payment was showing as pending for several days in my bank account and I couldn't access the money. I talked to the bank they said there was nothing they could do and that STW needed to claim the money. When I rang STW they said the bank needed to release the payment. After 5 days of trying to sort the problem out I had to do the transaction again. This time the payment went through. STW said this issue arose because my debit card wasn't registered to my delivery address. But this has never been an issue before.”

Thank you. When you called we explained that we had no facility to take money from your account so the info given by your bank was incorrect. We explained that you needed to complete the payment process by entering the correct postcode that the payment card was registered to and then this would complete the transaction for you.

“I couldn't eat it - I can't think of anything less like a 'porridge' (which is was advertised as) that I've ever seen. It was like a blended drink that was extremely sickly and sweet. I wasted £15!”

Did you read the leaflet regarding cooking the porridge?It sounds like you didn't cook it enough. Try another 30 seconds or so in the microwave until it thickens. Once cooked correctly the sweetness diminishes although this is a sweet porridge which most customers love.

“I am dissapointed in the taste of all the range of the food pksexcept some of the shakes. The tomato soup had big paste like lumps no matter how I tried to make it smooth .also all the dark chocolate bars I bought were white all over like a grey bloom also they were very close to being out of dates. So on the whole I am dissapointed. Elaine Gilbraith”

Thank you. The tomato soup requires more water than the other soups. As you only ordered one I think you may have added the water too hot. It should be hot but not boiling. Regarding the bars, sometimes the coating can change in appearance if subjected to warm temperature (the same as ordinary chocolate) this doesn't effect the quality or taste however please feel free to return them for exchange if you are not happy with them.

“Tried a few shakes, a bag of zippers and a vanilla slice. The shakes are made with water so are very thin compared to other weight loss shakes. They also have a dry and somewhat aniseed like after taste. The initial taste was good. The zippers had a lot of flavouring on but as soon as you bite it turns bland. The vanilla slice was disappointing. Tasted like eating cardboard with some vanilla powder on. Won't be buying again.”

Sorry that our products are not to your taste, The shakes should be thick and creamy when mixed with the correct amount of water.Our customers are generally very happy with the quality as you can see from other reviewers.

“I didn't actually get my delivery, I cancelled it due to the expectation that I should pay an extra £2.99 for Saturday delivery on top of the £3.99 I had already paid for next day delivery. An extra £6.98 on top of the order is shocking. It is a shame as I was keen to try the product, had I liked it I would certainly have recommended it to friends as there are a few of us trying different products.”

Thank you.as we explained, Saturday deliveries always carry a premium charge with courier companies and unfortunately on small orders, we cannot subsidise the full charge.Orders of £50 are only £2.99 for Saturday delivery.We advised you that there is always the option of choosing a pick up shop when you order on Fridays as these parcels are usually available for collection on Satudays. Total delivery cost of £2.99 for small parcels or free for £50 orders.

“My recent order was a shambles. Having to wait 3 times the expected delivery time because of a mistake with your delivery system I was less than impressed. I was also upset by your customer service as I felt the lady corresponding to my emails was very rude and accusatory. In terms of the actual product I was disappointed to find that I found them quite tasteless and not worth the money. I will be thinking twice before I order from you again.”

I have checked the notes re your correspondence and it seems that you entered an incorrect address and postcode on your order which inevitably caused delays with delivery. The driver had been attempting to find the incorrect address.We contacted DPD and sorted this out for you,had the parcel re labelled with the correct details and sent out to you. For some reason you seemed to think that we should compensate you for the delay. The response from customer services merely pointed out that if address's are not correct this will cause a delivery delay.

“Product was good but let down by poor delivery service. I was happy with the pricing but delivery driver delivered to the wrong address, sadly if cannot guarantee a delivery of the goods it becomes very expensive. I was told the delivery driver would return but never heard from them again.”

If you followed the plan correctly it wouldn't be possible for the diet to be the cause of your weight gain.Please give us a call so that we can help you work out what went wrong as you haven't mentioned which plan you were following we cannot advise without more info from you.
