I am gluten intolerant and STW prdovides everything that I need to (A) lose weight and (B) cater to my particular dietary requirements. “There's a good choice of meals and shakes, enough to provide a month's worth of meals without too much duplication. The meals and shakes are tasty and easy to make. I've lost a good amount of weight using these products. Definitely recommended.”

“Ordered the trial pack just to see what the flavours are like and what you get. Pleasantly surprised. Quick delivery,just had the chocolate muesli for breakfast and it is really filling. Going to try the shake and chicken curry noodles later today.”

“Love the shakes and soups, very tasty, the noodle packet meals not so much, the noodles are to my palate chemical in taste and the chicken curry is powdery and gritty, cottage pie, carbonara, and mushroom risotto are good, yet to try bars and snacks as im finding the meals, soups and shakes enough”
