“This is really good and would recommend - purchased a range of products for a 5:2 diet and been pleased with tastes and flavours unlike some previous diet offerings that were crude and awful tasting - only been going three weeks and lost 6llbs already. Efficient delivery - I'll be getting more when the current box finishes”

“So far a week in, I am in love with the milkshakes! If you shake them long enough they become the best thick milkshakes ever had! The skimmed milk stops them from being heavy. The sweet and sour meal is sooooo yummy especially when I have done a few hours in a cold warehouse. The bars are just so satisfying and the musli breakfast is scrummy. The apple and cinnamon porridge is like baby food and just not nice. It's the one and only thing so far I've come across that I don't look forward to having. 1 week in half a stone lost and I haven't got loads to lose, I am a very fit 6 day a week gym goer so to lose it that quick is crazy as they say the last stone is always the hardest to shed..... Nope not with these beauties. Thank you Shake the weight x”

“How can anyone say it’s nice. It all tastes disgusting. The spaghetti bolognese is like baby food. All the shakes have a horrible after taste. The musli was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. I bought this to try as the reviews were all positive. But my god it’s horrendous. What a waste of money”
