“I have done VLCD before and lost weight successfully. I decided to try STW for taste and cost reasons. So far I have enjoyed the shakes, bars and meals not so keen on the omelette. Lost 3 lb in my first week, need to drink a lot of water. Snacks are good if you need a quick fix for hunger pangs but I haven’t had to use them much. Overall I am pleased with the taste the weight lose is yet to be proven”

“Delivery was excellent as is packaging, but the two new favours are not great (cinnamon and caramel biscuits). I'd prefer old flavours like white chocolate and raspberry come back.”

“Products are great, not feeling hungry at all on 800 calorie plan. Ready meals are the best but some of the breakfast dry meals are not that filling. Ordering additional meals was a bit tricky on the website and had to start again twice but got there in the end. Initial weight loss has been rapid. 5kg in 5 days but that will probably slow down now.”

“I have the ready meals I have tried the chicken curry and brown rice which was excellent big chunks of chicken very filling and taste amazing and I’ve had the beef stew and sweet potato stew and OMG it’s amazing there are big chunks of steak and it’s very filling and taste amazing great food and even if your not on a diet they are great for if you don’t want to cook but want something filling and hot or if your living on your own and fancy a stew or a curry or any of the hot meals I must say I’ve not tried any of the other meals as I’m sticking to under 200 calories a meal l please don’t stop making these.”

“Plenty to select from - When they have them in stock, However some products are horrible - which cuts down choices -It's trial and error until you find which you prefer. Prices are a bit higher than other competitors - but you get what you pay for. I would certainly recommend STW though”

“I love the shakes especially the chocolate orange. I like that after you’ve shakes it there’s NO lumps as with previous shakes from other companies I’ve found they don’t mix well. Will continue to buy from Shake that Weight.”

“I really have enjoyed the last few days using the shake that weight. I’ve been doing it for 4 days now and have already lost two pounds. I find the meals very satisfying and the ready meals are genuinely delicious. I have avoided shakes as I’m not a huge sweet person. The omelette has been my least favourite and I won’t order that again. However every other meal I have tasted has been lovely. I particularly enjoy the soups. I really like the convenience, I work shift work so I’ve literally just popped a few packets in my drawers at work. It’s actually quite nice not having to think about what food I’m going to cook that evening, and knowing that I can boil a kettle and have a meal that actually sustains me within a few minutes. I’ve been exercising whilst using these too, and I’m still sticking to the recommended calorie intake. I was worried that I would over eat to compensate the deficit from exercising but I honestly do not feel too hungry. I hope to loose more weight in the coming weeks.”

“Shake that weight is one of my favourite brands ever!! I love their protein barbecue snacks its my go to when trying to be healthy but still include my protein intake. Their water flavouring the lemon and orange one is absolutely a game changer when trying to get my fluids in. I couldn't recommend them enough!!
