“I've lost 3 stone, put my Diabetes into remission and feel a whole lot better since starting this diet. The shakes are very tasty. I thought they would be likke 'Slimfast' boring and without real taste, but no, they are delicious. It's a reasonable price but it stacks up if you're not careful. My only criticism is the website. Totally confusing and frustrating. It should just be a list of products and you choose what you want. Instead it's a complicated system of choosing batches of 28 or 150 or whatever etc and then adding to them if you wish. Time consuming and it nearly out me off the whole thing. However overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone fighting the flab or Diabetes etc.”

“This is an excellent company with so much support, the products are wonderful - I haven't found any that I dislike and they really fill you up The weight I've lost is unbelievable - half a stone in my first week and I'm not that overweight, will definitely continue until I've lost another stone which shouldn't be that faraway. I would encourage anyone to give this a try - you will not regret it xxx”

“Been using 2 products a day for just over a week now. Loved all the products I've tried so far, shakes, bars, soups and noodles. Feeling more energetic sleeping better and even tho I've not lost a stone yet I feel better in my clothes already. Totally recommend to everyone who wants to lose weight”

“Service from shake that weight is really good . Added bonus with the Facebook page and people on hand to give advice . I personally don’t like the shakes which you add water too . But the ones you add milk to are really nice .”

“I have been using the products consistently for 3.5 weeks and I have lost over 10 pounds. I mostly manage the day without feeling overly hungry. Good variety of shake flavours, I love the dessert ones. I did initially start with a soups bundle but they weren't for me as I couldn't get behind the slight chalky sensation when eating. Also not a huge fan of the ready meals particularly the egg one which was awful. But I love the protein shakes. The only thing to add is that the Choc Hazelnut and Tropical flavours are consistently lumpy after mixing, I never encounter the issue with any other flavours except for those! Overall, would recommend the shakes and snacks for sure.”

“The products offered are varied and absolutely delicious. My first stone went in four weeks, my second took a little longer, and now I'm just starting on my third. Many people have been astonished with their weight loss too. The Facebook page is a great help. I both read and contribute to posts, encouraging others or giving advice if asked. Admin are also on top of comments and give information on questions or products. Makes us all feel less isolated on our journey.”
