“Omelette very nice and so is the chocolate muesli. Not so keen on the packet dinners. Soups very nice and shakes. Tge ready meals and bars are too expensive”

“Fantastic service, quick delivery, shakes are nice, working really well.. shake for breakfast/ dinner.. meal at 4pm.. in 3 weeks I've lost 13 pounds.. going to keep going to get to my target weight.. the crisps are really nice/ and the chocolate bars.. treat myself to one of them every other day.. only 125 calories a bag..”

“Love these Meal Replacements. The caramel served warm with a spoonful of coffee in the morning is a delight (I only use half the caramel in the mornings for 1 cup of coffee as I always have 2 befire I start my day) and, the chocolate shake served warm in the evenings is my guilty pleasure. 2 day delivery. Brilliant!!!”

“Shakes are not only edible, but nice. Pouch ready cooked meals are really good. Chocolate based bars are really nice. I like the simplicity of simply knowing you're just having any one of the meals, shakes, soups and all the stress of trying to get stuff made is not a concern.”

“Being gluten free it is normally really hard to find these type of weight loss products but there is a great selection that are GF and even better they taste nice. I have been doing this for 4 weeks now and I can say I am actually enjoying the products.”

“Having done Lighterlife many years ago and losing 4 stone in 3 months, i knew this approach to dieting works for me. STW is a much cheaper version having done some research, so skeptical about the quality. Took the plunge and ordered 8 weeks worth as i need to lose 2 stone for my wedding after sustaining a knee injury and not being able to exercise for a few months. Day 2 of starting the diet I needn’t have worried the shakes, soups and bars i have tried so far have been great, although marked down a star as the porridge is not sweet enough for me (likened to LL version) but im hopeful and positive about the next 8 weeks. The only other negative is that the pack I ordered didn't come with a shaker so had to go out and buy one. Maybe when ordering the bulk packs it could be a prompt option to purchase one in the basket (at a reduced price) would be helpful. All in all v.happy new customer.”
