“I can't leave a zero review star because that's what they are worth it. Don't waste your money. I bought a big box, spent so much money and they made me sick. Not good at all. And the costumer service not helpful. I have tried other weight loss products but this one is the worst.”

“I ordered the Starter Pack so I could get a variety of different foods to try - all of the sakes have been lovely. They mix well in the shaker, no blenders required, and they are very tasty and not too sweet, which is an issue I've had with other makes. The porridges and muesli are lovely and the noodle and pastas are fabulous, once again very tasty and filling. Overall, I'm delighted that I found STW, and look forward to trying some of the foods allowed on the 800kcal Total Plan.”

“Not started yet as have a couple of imminent event’s & don’t want to disrupt the routine. Starting on Monday 1st May after which I will order second webox as several things I’m not looking forward to eg Strawberry flavoured anything! Will write a review when I order the next box 👵🏻”

“I have been looking for a shake for a while, and having tried and tested so many that were “wheaty” or “powdery” I have finally found one which is super yummy!! Majority of the flavours with added milk are just over 200kcal which is perfect!”

“I thought the prepared meals were delish. But the sweet bars (crispy strawberry) were very hard on the teeth. Otherwise all good Especially the crispy snacks. Perhaps more salty options would be good instead of so many bars, shakes etc”

“Have had Chocolate, Strawberry and Banana and have enjoyed them all, also had the Lemon and White Chocolate bar and the Chocolate Caramel crisp found them enjoyable and very filling. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to lose weight quick.”
