“Great product at a good price. So many lovely varieties to choose from it doesn't become boring. Importantly shakes, bars etc taste of their proper flavours. I've tried other brands in the past and they, on the whole, taste very bland, not Shake That Weight they're yummy.”

“I love almost everything i have tasted. its brilliant. A couple of the bars are a bit sweet for me, but that's my personal preference. The pork in mustard sauce is gorgeous. I wasn't sure at first if the diet is a calorie controlled diet or a low-carb diet, but now realise i have to be mindful of both really. I would recommend definitely shake the weight.”

“Started with a smaller week pack so I’m only a few days in but so far very happy, the shakes has all been very tasty and mix well with no lumpy bits and the soups are the same, will be back for more!!”

“Having just started I haven't tried everything yet, however the shakes, bars, soups and muesli I have tried are really good. I am enjoying the plan, having been apprehensive before I started, and I am looking forward to seeing the results”

“I have to say I've done more expensive meal replacement plans that were double the price .but shake the weight the price is just right also I love all the products even ones that I didn't think I'd like were lovely. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to lose a bit of weight .for the price and tast .”

“I really do like their meals so tasty and very low in fat and calories, but can also be a little expensive when your buying in bulk, so I can't buy them all the time. Other than that I would recommend if your trying to lose weight or struggling to find low calories meals.”

“I have just completed my first week on this plan and have found it much easier than other similar plans because, to be frank, the meals and shakes taste good (I only swerve the bars). I have lost 1lb in my first week which is usual for me (I tend to see higher weight loss following week 3) but unlike other plans, I'm happy to keep going.”

“I love your products ...... milk shakes are so yummy my favourite being cafe latte ... so easy to make up I even sometimes make a cafe latte one as normal then heat it up for a hot drink.. so tasty I also find the soups and the noodles very filing Be nice see more flavours in the future”
