“The shakes are nice, but the rest are horrible. They cause nasty smelly wind, just not nice. Sorry won't be buying again.”

“Sorry can't recommend. 😡Much better VLCD diet products by other companies available. Crisps absolutely awful like eating cardboard so dry in mouth - birds may enjoy rest of bags. Soup dreadful even after whisking product after following STW instructions to mix. Powdery feeling/texture in mouth. 🤮 Cereal and porridge just about ok. Only product ok - though expensive for what it is are the meals in pouches to heat in microwave to serve with added salad or vegetables. M&S, Waitrose etc for example sell calorie controlled meals that are much tastier for a lower price. All in all very dissatisfied and disappointed in STW. Glad I only spent minimum to try. Do not recommend”

“Very disappointed that the items I ordered, which would give me 3 weeks worth of replacement meals has not been picked correctly, I am short breakfasts and over on lunches……. Not a great experience”

“Received my second order this morning after a challenge to have the order delivered - instructions to leave with a neighbour or at the rear porch was not read by dpd which meant I had to collect at the post office on my way to the airport. After checking the items I ordered it is 2 weeks short and I will follow up - to shake that weight, don’t accept the order if you can’t deliver the items - disappointed as I am leaving the country for 6 weeks and have only 4 weeks of main meals to take with me!”

“I’ve only had one of the bars. I got the starter/tester 4 bars offer and was looking forward to the peanut and chocolate one. I was very disappointed as I couldn’t taste any peanuts or find any peanuts. I wondered if it has been incorrectly packaged 😭😭”

“I am sorry I am unable to give you a review, as at the moment you do not seem to have some of the bars available. As I am gluten free I am sure you understand I can have only certain bars eg crispy caramel.”

“I tried a taster pack of four, caramel shake was ok, tropical shake which had a weird aftertaste, cottage pie very tasteless, but the strawberry crispy bar was very nice. However, we all have different tastes and others might like what I didn't.”

“Asking me only a day after delivery is too soon. BUT YOU ASKED SO I WILL ANSWER. So far I have only tried 3 ITEMS. Apple and Cinnamon PORRIDGE, Chicken soup and Tropical shake. The soup and the shake were very good BUT to my surprise the porridge was disgusting. Sorry. This was my favourite product from Lighter Life so I ordered more of that than anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTING. NO FLAVOUR. ODD TEXTURE. WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE REMAINING PORRIDGE PACKS. I have not yet tried the pastas or meals or bars.”
