“Amazing! I use them when bikepacking. Far better than the adventure foods you get and above all more nutritious. Easy to store and prepare. Heats on a camping stove brilliantly. Home from home cooking. Well done to everyone at Shake The Weight and a huge thank you for solving my food issues on long trips.”

“Just tried the spaghetti bolognese flavoured meal which was inedible ! The flavour was ok but it was so really chewy. I couldn’t eat it! Feeling very disappointed with the meal packets as the 3 I’ve tried have all been inedible. Only eating the meal bars at the moment which is boring!!”

“I mean I ordered the caramel shake but I found it hard to go down, Uber creamy and was quite chunky in parts despite a good shaking beforehand. Will try another kind I think.”

“this is early days for me, I only started the shake that weight 6 days ago and have been asked for a review. The milkshakes I have tried so far all taste nice except the strawberry, that tastes a bit synthetic. The only meal I have had is the curry chicken noodles. Lovely flavour. So far so good I would say!”

“I love the chocolate porridge for my breakfast. It keeps me going through the morning and I don’t need extra snacks. The milkshakes are also very good.They are made with milk and are very satisfying.”

“Easy to order online & delivery was prompt. Porridge delicious and most of the shakes - but that's trial & error. It means my next order I can select the ones I like. A bit concerned having too much milk (almond) but it does make the shake tastier. Discussion with Eric Cooper about this.”

“These are the best meal packs, bars and shakes. So much variety and all have so much flavour and are so satisfying compared to other brands I’ve tried in the past. Love the cereal with chocolate bits in. Love the lemon bars and also the chocolate flavour bars. The Cream of Pea soup is one of my favourites. The noodle packs are really filling and so tasty. The shakes all taste great. I’ve not found anything that I don’t enjoy and the cost/value is definitely the best I’ve found. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
