“The mistake I made was buying two month's supply of Altra Life, a better known alternative product. I tried each flavour once, finding them to be sickly sweet with a day's meals including circa 50gms sugar per day. Shake That Weight is a huge improvement. Much better flavours, much less sugar and a really good range of supporting products like the bars, to mix things up. Personally, I blend the shakes with ice and milk. Come up creamy like a tasty milkshake.”

“So far so good! Both my husband and I have type two diabetes and are both on the programme. I lost over six stones with both Lighterlife and Exante and first did Lighterlife when GPs were very critical of VLCDs and as a result had to change to a GP who was supportive. What has really surprised me is the range of foods available with Shake that weight and all the shakes,soups and bars taste really nice . The first four or five days used to be liking climbing a mountain on LL ,with hunger ,headaches and nausea but with your products I have not any of those symptoms. It's my husband's first time on a programme like this and he is both surprised and relieved that the food tastes great and after plateauing for months ,is now losing weight.”
