“So far this has been excellent for me … there is not a product that has been bad I’ve enjoyed every one and it works … I’m starting with 4 weeks just products to get me going and I’ve lost just over 10lbs …. Brilliant ☺️”

“In lighter life 15 years back there was a very large nut bar it was filling and worth the price. It was what kept me going. Maybe you can look into creating that bar. I'm disappointed that your bars are so expensive”

“I was one bar short in my initial box. I was sent an email saying I would be refunded for the missing product. I think instead of this, a replacement should be sent out as I am one meal short of a six week eating programme! Anyway, it is a thought the company may think about for those who are doing the complete meal replacements (168 packs) who are missing a product. [please not that I have remained neutral in my recommending 'Shake That Weight' to others as I have only just started my journey (day 2). I am happy to do another review in week 6, when hopefully, I will have reached my goal.] I have not yet recieved my refund so I shall decline from answering that question.”

“I purchased some soups and some muesli for breakfast. Soups were very tasty and filling, so was the Muesli, so I have ordered some more, I have also ordered some other bits I haven’t tried yet but if they are as tasty and what I have already had then that would be great. I look forward to eating them. Highly recommend and good value too”

“This diet works the same as the Cambridge diet or 1:1 but it’s more manageable as you can have milk in your hot drinks and drink sugar free squash if you don’t like just water. It’s easier to stick to. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose a little quicker than normal plus it’s better than slim fast.”

“Customer service is great! Reliable delivery and the products are fantastic! I was actually given TDR products by my doctor but when their company let me down with delivery I purchased these products so I could get started and I’m so glad I did. I use the savoury options from Shake the weight because they taste great and there are so many options.”

“I am so dissapointed! I was really looking forward to trying this however the meals are revolting! The creamy chicken soup is over powered by a peppery taste, the carbonara is inedible and tastes like gone off milk, the noodles are too salty, the chocolate poridge is just about edible. The muslea is nice enough but has a bout 2 teaspoons of oats in. Even the coconut bar has a very weird chemical taste. Won't be ordering again I'm afraid.”
