“Still waiting for my £88 order a week later due to Yodel! also your customer support team don't seem too keen on helping me out in trying to find where my order has got too. My plan has gone completely off course due to my next order not arriving in time.”

“I was recommended to Shake That Weight by a friend. I went for the bundle of 21 meals, a 7 day supply so therefore tried a bit of everything. I love the shakes, they are really delicious, don't need to use any milk and very satisfying. The soups are great too, tasty and no seasoning necessary. The bars are really quite big, I quite often have half at one time and save the other half for the evening. The meals I've personally found not enough to fill me up but I add low calorie veg in and that works well. Plus you can add extras of 400 calories on top of 3 items a day. I haven't found anything I've not enjoyed.”

“I have a stone to lose and my weight has been stuck and have been unable to shift it for a few years, post menopause. I have tried lots of diet plans that left me feeling hungry, tired and fed up. I have been on Shake That Weight for two week's and my weight is on well on it's way down in the right direction. I also do not feel hungrey, have more energy, sleep better, and because the diet involves drinking lots of water I have no headaches or hunger dips and my skin feels better too The high protien stops my craving for sweet things, yet the shakes etc are still very tasty and satisfing, with little preparation involved, working out what you are going to eat on a busy day. This means that I have not yet made bad choices , when i didn't have time to make my lunch for work. Its easy to order and delivery is within 2 days. I feel this is a plan I will can Happily continue with until I reach my target weight and also, after to substitite a meal with the products to help to maintain my weight . Its a 10/10 for me”

“Just ordered a second batch. Not into the Shakes (More cost-effective alternatives out there) or Soups (Just don't like the texture) Love the Muesli and Noodles, especially the Bolognaise. Really nice and fills you up. What's good about this plan is you don't have to go searching in the fridge for food.”
