“Ordered some packets to try a a free a year nearly out from gastric sleeve I wanted to try food rather than protein shakes. The spag bowl taste amazing! The look of it doesn’t look great but don’t let them put you off. Very filling. I added protein cheese to mine.”

“On the website they make a big fuss about the structure of diets, check with your doctor first etc etc.... yet when you order there are no checks, no questions asked. Ir then all arrives in a big box - all mixed up - with no guidance, welcome, support etc - then you find that you need a MICROWAVE (which I refuse to own). It's also not quite so easy as you'd think in that each recipe has a different calorie count so (for the 800 diet) it isn't as easy as just picking 3 or 4 random pouches/meals, you do need to do your maths. Family members have been in stitches how small the portion sizes are - I do wonder whether you'd be better advised to cook a larger meal from scratch and just eat a small part of it? You pay your money, you take your choice, but I shalln't be reordering.”

“I live love these products.....already lost 9lb in 2 weeks, you feel very full after having them, and also the bars are an added bonus. I cut them up into small pieces so it feels you are chewing a sweet. I fully recommend this product”

“So pleased to have finally found a VLC meal replacement programme which provides really tasty meals, snacks & shakes together with excellent service and efficient delivery. All the others that I have tried are far too sickly sweet to be sustainable and the variety offered by STW of sweet and savoury choices is excellent and the flavours are really tasty. Two weeks in and half a stone down - highly recommended.”

“am continuing to use the shakes after losing a lot of weight and keeping it low I use a shake for breakfast and lunch, without these I know I will put on weight again, Shake that Weight is the best, I have suffered from being overweight for years but Shake That Weight helped me lose it and continues to do so”
