“I use the porridge, soups & bars to control my weight rather than a stringent diet. When I’m feeling that my choices are getting slightly out of control I will order these. They help me get back to healthy eating.”

“Good easy meal supplement diet. I did the Cambridge many years ago which was successful but I found the shakes and soups after a while quite depressing. I'm a week into STW and losing a steady weight of 1lb per day having between 600 to 800 calories each day. Pros: very easy and cost effective compared to other brands. I actually like most of what I've tried so far, favourites have be: chicken curry noodles, beef noodles, chicken and vegetables, cheese and onion crips and chocolate shake. I also add in a little broccoli which bulks the dinners out. They are so easy to make, mostly just adding water and then microwave. It's also really nice actually eating and not just drinking shakes for meal replacements. I've had 2 deliveries so far, both by DPD and I had no issues, I have added some pictures. Cons: some of the meals do have an unusual texture but you do have to remember they are meal replacements not normal cooked food. The bars are nice with a coffee especially if you're used to protein bars. I do not like the bacon and cheese omelette at all, texture far too strange, and I have added a picture of this. Lastly, I've found adding in a little veg helps and having sugar free jelly as a dessert really helps.”

“Received the shakes promptly (next day delivery). Taste better than other shakes I've purchased over the counter. I've compared them to a shake that I used to purchase for many years before production was terminated and taste wise it's nearly there but not quite. However, I will be purchasing again as it's the nearest thing to my previous product purchase. To conclude I am happy with my purchase.”

“Bought 8 meals for one night stops while travelling through France and Spain in our motorhome. These packs mean that don’t have to put them in our small freezer and they last for months. Really looking forward to trying them”

“Pleasantly surprised by the flavours and by the fact that I'm not feeling hungry all the time (one week in). I feel like I can stick with this diet. Would have been nice to have had a few more choices in the week starter pack. Some of the microwave instructions could be better - they specify the power for the first zap but not for the second one. Also, the tiny white writing on some packs is difficult to read - black text is much clearer. General information on the diets on the web page could also be a bit more helpful. I think, but am not sure, that there is a daily skimmed milk allowance for brews, but it could be stated much more clearly and obviously.”

“Original porridge made with water Only 140 calories! Delicious and creamy! Had for breakfast with raspberries and blueberries mixed in tastes lovely .... I have lost 6 stone in 2 years and have kept it off! Now to the level where I am good having under 1200 calories every day mon-fri but Weekends now let my hair down and have a few drinks and a meal out etc and find that I don't put on any weight! For me stay off bread and potatoes and sugar! ...work your diet around that. Cauliflower mash or cauliflower rice become your best friends!. Don't look at it like being on a diet... just a change of diet (less pressure)”

“Really love the ready meal pouches and happily eat as a meal. A lot better than previously used lighter life etc. All the bars are great and moist. Definitely recommend this products and lost over a stone in 10 days so far”

“So far so good in a week I have lost 7 pounds, which I am absolutely thrilled with. I know it’ll plateau over time but to get such a significant result in only a week of having x2 meal replacements and x1 proper meal per day is a massive boost and feels like the sacrifice is paying off! “Really like the shakes, definitely my favourite. Tried one soup, okay but a bit power. Still filling, though but shakes are yummy and definitely fill you up. The bars are canny as well I've not yet spoke customer services, so struggling to comment.”
