“The only shake I like is the cafe latte, the others are either too sweet or have a synthetic taste. The chocolate and orange porridge is also far too sweet.”

“Shakes = could taste better (improved with hot water/milk or ice and blender ) Bar not to bad at all. Weight loss: 10lb in 4 days. 5 weeks go to and I can’t wait to see the results”

“Much better than lipotrim. Lost 4lb in the first week. More choice with different products. Like them all so far apart from the omelette but I think I cooked it to long. I like the noodles for my evening meal and a bar in the evening. The caramel bar is delicious. Shakes for breakfast and lunch.”

“Very disappointed with the bars! They do not taste like the original Cambridge bars. In fact they are awful and will probably end up in the bin! I feel cheated by your company and will certainly not be buying any of your products in the future. Extremely disappointed customer! Kathleen Priest”

“Love it! I’ve only been using the shakes for a few days and I’ve not been hungry at all (which is very unusual for me 😊). The shakes are delicious and the powder dissolves really well with milk (I’ve not tried to mix it with water yet). The shakes have exceeded m expectations massively and I think I may just be able to shake that weight this time.”

“I am extremely happy to write a review, I usually discard as it goes on, as too many questions. On my make to work in London, I bought a shake the weight bar (Almond and seeds) Was very happy and not tooo sweet, as I do not like sugar. I like it, and when home looked at their website and discovered they do soups, not sweet, as most are sweet shakes. I did Lighterlife and lost weight with their soups, but now not available Certaslim same thing sweet shakes Dr Mosley 800fast diet has only one soup, the mushroom, but doen't taste of mushroorms at all watering taste. I did send them an email, but no response I also ordered lately Shake the Weight, A bar at a train station, (almond and seeds) Was just amazing as not too sweet. Last week. I ordered 4 soups, one packet of each to see the taste. Perfect, very good indeed. I will now start my ordering to start my 3 months to lose weight. Away on holiday, tomorrow, but I shall order before I go, so can start on the way back. I do hope the bars of almonds and seeds will be available Happy to have found you. “I don't normally bother reviewing things i buy but its time to make an exception.. I have bought and tasted a large variety of the shake the weight products and cant praise them enough.. the ease of preparation is excellent, not to mention the actual taste, which again is surprisingly good. I have used 2 other meal replacement companies over the past few years and Shake the weight definitely rates the highest in my opinion.”

“Sorry to write this but I bought 3 types of bars as I found the slim and save ones tasty, particularly the praline one. However I was very disappointed by the taste of these bars. Too sweet and then leave a bitter after taste. Unfortunately I can’t return them due to the returns policy. I would very much hope that this new company can get hold of the slim and save bars because they were the best in the market.”

“Having used other similar products that weren't very varied or inspiring, the range of flavours and variety of products has come as a pleasant surprise. The shakes are very nice and the soups taste creamy, despite being made with water. I like the bars, although some are better than others. The meals are nice enough and better than others I have had. All round it makes it a lot easier to stick to.”
