“I ordered the 50mm easy peel foam, turned up quickly even over Christmas. Only issue iv had is the foam isn't flat and as a result some of the sides aren't straight. This didn't matter to much to me as I was trimming the sheets anyway but will possibly be an issue in future projects.”

“We ordered 60 plus cut sheets on Saturday and they were delivered the following Wednesday, product was very good quality and cutting perfect across the whole batch and we would not hesitate to use them again. the cost was also reasonable and allowed us to pack our customers parts to a very professional standard for little more than having lots of cardboard inserts made that would not allow our customer to use the parts we made too many times before the packing started to look tired.”

“I had a question about the new product, easy-peel, so I contacted Shadow Foam as I was concerned about the product working properly. Their response was frankly stunning. Instead of a simple description of how to use the product, I was sent a personalised 5-minute video explaining how to use it, how it looked when there were no issues and that they would replace it if necessary. After watching the video it became obvious that I had not understood how to correctly use easy-peel and by following their instructions, everything was fine - fantastic customer service!!!”

“Custom cut pieces can take 5 working days or more before despatch. Full sheets despatched same day for next day delivery. Product cuts easily with a scalpel (supplied) or a hot wire cutter (supplied on larger orders) I found it cuts nicely on my bandsaw with a 1/4" x 4tpi blade, only issue id having to cut from the outside to make internal cutouts and glueing the access cut closed once complete. Using a band saw gives a clean vertical cut (I am working with 50mm thk foam through cut). All in all, good company to deal with and a very good product.”

“A good product does what it says it does. and easy to make your toolbox look proffesional. you can cut any shape any size of tool or other useful items and stop all the rattling around as you move your toolbox to where you are working. Highly recommended.”

“I make miniature Morse code keys and I was looking for a new way of packaging and presenting them to show them off to their best advantage. I was looking for pluck-foam when I came across Shadow Foam and sent for a free sample. Wow- fantastic stuff, exactly what I was looking for to do a professional job of presenting my keys. Beautiful to look at, easy to work and the cutting out tool is even provided with the foam (even with the free sample). The free sample was enough for about five key boxes and I've now moved on to buying a bigger piece which will keep me going for a while. But when it runs out I'll be back for more. Thanks for a great product.”

“Nice product. It took me a few tries to get the hang of 'peeling' the foam, although this may be because I am cutting out very small sections at the moment, but otherwise it cuts very easily and has created a nice fit and display for my models.”
