“Couldn't be happier with the service I've recieved from Shadow Foam, I personally couldn't reccomend this company more, from beginning to end after placing my order, it arrived on time and I was very happy with the finished product. Had a chat with Donna about my personal needs and if Shadow Foam was right for me and she's been very helpful and keen to help wherever possible. The Foam looks to be high quality and feels good but time will tell how long it lasts, I've only had it a day, so can't comment on that but with any luck it should last. Hopefully I can be a returning customer in the future.”

“Well... I don't have it yet! You sent it with DPD NL and they didn't have my bank in there paying options to pay the custom fee. I contacted them but no answer. You probably end up getting them back. Sorry but I tried to pay but they won't let me do it!!!!”

“The only limit to the use of Shadow Foam is you imagination. I got the trial pack as I had a small tool box I wanted to try it on but then got frustrated with a board game my daughter loves. Used in the box to organise all the parts and she loves it. We can see if anything is missing easily and don’t have to sort out all the cards and tokens at the start of every game. Now I look at so many things and think ‘Shadow Foam would work perfectly for that’”

“Great but invaluable idea for my apprentice to stop losing our bloody tools! Now I can see at a glance what’s missing… or not! Also pleasing on the eye for those of you with a major OCD complex lol. On a more practical level it really is a superb solution to a lot of tool faux-pas and isn’t the hardest to get the hand of when cutting & fitting out.. as long as you make proper time to organise. A truly great idea & big kudos to the lad who runs it, his YouTube videos are an absolute must for anyone interested in tools never mind shadowfoam. 10/10”

“I used Shadow foam because I like to try and use the best on anything on the market however after using the 1st couple of sheets from a pack of 5 I found the rest to be covered in bubbles and unusable which was really disappointing. After being told by Shadow foam to “turn them up side down and use them” (which means it would have been red instead of black) not what I paid for or the look I wanted. All I wanted to do was return those sheets and get a refund on the 3 sheets I’ve now put in the bin (I wasn’t that impressed by the product so I didn’t want a replacement). They gave me a 30% refund and basically said we’ve done everything we can which left me disappointed with the product and their customer service, I definitely won’t be using or recommending again which is a shame.”

Hi Kenton Really sorry you feel this way, but we did offer you the opportunity to return everything to us for an exchange. As you know we didn't have the colour you wanted in stock at the time so couldn't have replaced it, but you declined both a replacement in a different colour and a replacement in a different size sheet. It was only some time later that you came back again and advised that you had already used much of the foam and asked to just return what was left from the pack and get a refund. We can't accept back part-orders or split packs hence our suggestion for to you to try using the other side of the foam to try and come up with something that was going to work for you. We can only accept returns in their original, unused condition which I'm sure you'll appreciate and which is in line with most other retailers. We are glad you managed to use most of the product, and that you got the goodwill refund we applied for you though. Thanks again for the feedback, Shadow Foam
