“The Shadow Foam team were extremely helpful prior to my purchase and made my decision much easier. The foam arrived safely, on time and well packed. “Brilliant company, brilliant product and brilliant service. I brought a piece black on red foam to fill a hard air gun case, after cutting to size and cutting the shape of the riffle it makes a brilliant fit keeping all my stuff in place and safe. 100% would recommend and i will be buying more.”

“Used in a old Milwaukee large box to house my planer, multi- tool and sander, all fit perfectly inside an do not move around. did have difficulty in peeling back the layers back smoothly and resorted to cutting this out with scalpel. I would buy this again.”

“Needed to make an inlay to suit a new impact driver and drill (Makita don't do a carry case to suit the drill). First time buying full sheets, found a nice tutorial by SF shaping sheets to suit Makita carry cases so my project went pretty smoothly. Can't fault SF products - very happy!”

Hi Michael Thanks for the feedback, and from what you mention this is almost certainly something we can help you with. The layers are intentionally designed not to separate too easily... otherwise the foam would fall apart over time and you'd need to replace it very soon, and that's obviously not what we want. I can see you didn't order any cutting equipment with your foam so the first thing I'd suggest is that we can send you one of our cutting packs which will absolutely help with this. But also we have heaps of tools and resources online that help you with the best techniques for both cutting and peeling the foam. I will send you an email separately with some links that will definitely help you and hopefully we can get this resolved for you so you're happier with your product. Thanks again.
