“Product is excellent but in my opinion very overpriced for what they are. Some much better offers on multiple purchases would improve the offering in my opinion, not just a cheap accessory offered as a bonus buy”

“First time shadowing anything, very easy. I just watched a few of shawdow foam’s YouTube videos and got to work. I was afraid I would mess up at first but I didn’t. I did a pelican air 1535 with 5 layers of 30mm, 4 main layers plus the lid. I also bought a pack of 50mm foam for deeper items like a drill. I will definitely be getting more to do my big box next.”

“I ordered 2 x 50mm TSTAK Inserts and the cutting kit. The staff were very helpful in answering some questions I had about the fit of the inserts into Dewalt TSTAK Tote boxes rather than the kit boxes they are cut for. The cutting kit made the foam easy to cut and I was able to easily modify the insert to fit my Totes. A nice product to use and my hand tools and some power tools are much easier to access now that I have made use of the shadow foam. Would recommend.”

“I ordered a bunch of foam inserts for my Festool systainers, the product is easy to work with and the result looks fantastic, the foam inserts for the Sys4TL-Sort3 Sortainer are absolutely perfect. However the inserts for the M size Sys3 systainers are simply not good enough, the foam shape has not been updated to the (not so new) sys3 systainer generation as advertize and the insert is not snugged properly at the bottom of the systainer. I love the product and will probably order again in the future. People in mainland Europe (France at least) expect to pay an extra 20% import tax and wait longer to receive your package (one month to clear customs in my case).”

“Easy to order, and quick efficient delivery. All nicely packaged with the cutting kit nicely tucked away between two of the sheets. Having order a sample and tried it, and I must say it’s very easy to use once you get the hang of using the scalpel, I am stoked to include the foam in my new build. Would recommend this in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to organise their life.”

“Ordered the shadow foam for my Dewalt boxes, a bit lazy and more expensive I know, but they fit like a glove so money well spent. Cuts well and leaves a good outline 👍. Boxes now layered and everything is quickly accessible. Quality bit of kit 👍”

“Easy to cut and fit, used it in my hole saw box to organise it. I found that if you turn the saws backwards they bed in easy and neat, I glued the extra lump in to hold the arbours in place.”

“NOT received yet and paid a bundle for shipping to the US. I have not been notified of anything! When tracking, this shows, and there is no phone number to call: Your parcel is being held securely at our depot or local Parcelshop and we have advised the addressee that it needs to be collected. No notes nothing!!!!! Your parcel: EK131632005GB We are temporarily experiencing delays to deliveries in a number of depots today due to local issues such as high levels of sickness, resourcing or other local issues”

Hi Lawrence So sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet - as you can see from tracking it was shipped to you 06.12.23 and was almost with you on 09.12.23 when the courier notified you that it needed to be collected from the depot as they were unable to deliver and since then it's remained uncollected. I do wish you'd contacted us to let us know you hadn't had it ahead of leaving a review, when we could almost certainly have helped you. Unfortunately, now after 7 days of remaining uncollected the packages are usually set to be returned to sender, so it's now most likely on it's way back to us. However we will endeavour to get confirmation of this so we can update you by separate email once we know where it's up to.
