When had mike gambon from sgs in Salisbury to service our boiler and hob and he did a wonderful job and was very friendly 10/10 for everything and we even got our certificates emailed through within half an hour of him leaving. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We have been customers of SGS for several years and would highly recommend them as the best in the area. I am writing this review as yesterday we had an emergency situation when our boiler stopped working and within 2 hours an engineer visited and resolved the problem politely and efficiently. Thank you SGS!

The SGS Plumber investigated a leak in the shower room behind the toilet and repaired the joint without making any mess. He was very efficient and polite and will return to replace my kitchen tap at a later date when I am in receipt of a quotation.

Realised that the gas boiler was not working at 11am, phoned SGS and an engineer arrived within the hour. The boiler was working again in the next hour. I am very happy with the service and it was a Saturday!

We had our boiler serviced yesterday, the plumber whose name was Mike turned up in the afternoon. He was very thorough, efficient and tidy, when the work was complete he even wiped everything down with hygienic wet wipes. I will not hesitate to use SGS again in the future, truly professional.

After being let down by another local company through very poor communication and reliability, we were recommended to SGS and we could not be happier with the excellent customer service we have received. Lisa took my call at 13.30, promised to see if she could get an engineer out to us the same day as we had no heating in one area of our building, and said she would call back. She called back quickly as promised and said their engineer Tim would be with us later in the afternoon. Tim arrived as arranged and quickly found the problem (multiple stuck thermostatic radiator valves) which was a considerably simpler solution than the new pump another company had previously suggested needed replacing at a quoted cost of £1,220 + Vat! Tim was polite, friendly and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to explain what he had done and what to consider for the future, in layman's terms we could understand! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend SGS. Their communication, professionalism and above all, HONESTY, have been first class and they will now permanently have our on-going servicing and repair business for our serviced office premises.

This is the first time I have used SGS and found them to be very efficient. Their engineer Elliott 'phoned to advise ETA, arrived on time and throughout his visit was ultra efficient, friendly and took time to explain the fault and my overall electrical heating system and solved the fault. No hesitation in recommending SGS.

At service recently, Dave recommended the replacement of some rubber hosing within our 12-year-old Vaillant boiler. He returned today to undertake this work. Clean, tidy work. Good communications throughout. Polite, professional work. We have been very happy throughout this process.
