“The engineer arrived in the time slot I had booked him for, he was professional in his approach to working on the boiler. He cleaned and tidied up after himself and was polite during the appointment. 5 star service again, many thanks.”

“I had never used SGS before and called them with a issue I had on my heating system. I would like to say the service I received was outstanding from the call being made to booking in the job some two days later on the agreement that if they found time they would visit sooner. To my estonishment the phone range a few hours later to which they could attend that day. The engineer was extremely professional and went above and beyond to repair my boiler on site great service with decently use you again and recommended you to friends and family please send out your service club information as you certinally won me”

“Excellent contact with helpful Emily in setting up arrangements for installing new boiler. Engineers efficient, tidy and courteous. A very professional job. Only glitch - inaccurate invoice sent by engineers on completing work, followed up rapidly by a corrected invoice the following morning, but without apology or explanation. Sorted out on the phone.”

“Good service from booking the appointment to completion of the service. Barry explained everything he was doing. He was quick, efficient and polite. It would have been very good if Barry had known what he was to service and that SGS had installed the water heater and the gas pipe 2.5 years ago. That would have been excellent customer service, making the customer feel really valued.”

“SGS fitted our boilers in 2016, and have provided plumbing services related to heating and hot water as well as servicing the boilers. After recent problems with the heating it was out of action for almost a week. The confusion around the repair was a serious lapse in an otherwise acceptable service.”

Many thanks for your review. As we attended out of hours over the weekend and due to the commercial size of your heating system, unfortunately there was a delay in getting replacement parts to ourselves. The vast majority of our repairs can be carried out same or next day.
