Another excellent piece of work from SGS Heating & Electrical Ltd. From the start of the process when I phoned to report the problem, to the emergency call out, to the completion of the task (a new hot water cylinder) I have been most impressed. The quote I was given was competitive (I know that from previous work of this nature), and the quality of the work first rate.

When the technician arrived he quickly established that there was no fault - one had been previously identified by a different technician - and that the system was functioning ok. He then very quickly organised for a different technician to come to service and re-certify the boiler later the same afternoon with no delay. Absolutely exemplary service by both of the technicians, backed up by the office in re-scheduling the work. Just what a landlord needs !

Young and enthusiastic plumber did an excellent job today reorganising pipes and fittings for a dishwasher installation. This was intelligent and creative plumbing at its best. Helpful, thorough and exactly what was required.

I called as our boiler still under guarantee was leaking. The engineer came out in good time only to tell us that they don't deal with the replacement of parts and for us to call the makers of the boiler to arrange for one of their engineers to come out. This was all at a cost of £72. Why wasn't I told this when arranging for the engineer to come? - I have paid £72 for nothing.

Justed moved house as Lockdown started & with elderly parents to care for, SGS Salisbury went out of their way to organise a boiler repair for me to help me with my responsibilites. Prompt, efficient and courteous service -went the extra mile - thanks very much. As disabled, vulnerable pensioners it was a tremendous relief to get our heating back on so quickly. We called SGS out because we had a leak on a waste pipe. Engineer arrived on time and replaced the old pipework and fixings with new. Invoice was emailed on completion and we could pay the engineer there and then. Easy!
