We've recently moved into our new home. Previous owners have used SGS Heating for over 9 years, and we called them up to not only service the boiler, but also to have Gavin explain the most cost-efficient way to use our oil-fired central heating system as we had previously been used to gas. He was most helpful and knowledgeable. No doubt we will call the company again when we're due our next annual service.

Excellent service from initially browsing in the shop to the finish of the job. There was no hard sell, just a gentle discussion on price and what would suit our needs best. Supply and fitting ( inset gas fire ) was done on the date agreed both professionally and in a friendly manner.

Great customer service and job well done by staff at SGS H&E Ltd in Salisbury. Efficient and satisfactory plumbing work carried out on the date and time as pre arranged. Invoice issued soon after completion of work and paid in full. A minor detail…It would be helpful to show the 10% discount for customers with Gold Star Direct Debit payments on the invoice and the name of the engineer who carried out the work. Otherwise all went very well and another satisfied customer is happy. Thank you SGS 👍 😊

Couldn't fault the engineer who serviced the boiler he was polite & professional at all times. I had a slot booked for 9-12 however SGS failed to notify me that they had changed the tines of service to 1230-1430. Poor customer service from the office based team.
