“The work carried out was done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately the engineer was an hour and a half late, my appointment was for between 08:00 and 09:00 the engineer arrived at 10:30. The excuse was that he had been cald to a gas emergency however SGS has my home and mobile number and therefore could have contacted me to advise of the delay.”

“When the engineer arrived he was very efficient and polite. However having expected a morning visit I did have to check at 11.30 am what time he would arrive as I had not had a telephone call. This was dealt with quickly and I fgnally received a call at 11.40 pm. This is the only reason I did not give a five star rating.”
