“Andrew Mallamby has been looking after us for a number of years. The recent purchase of the Sportage HEV GT Line Sport is our 5th new vehicle, he has also sourced new vehicles for both of my daughters. He has been brilliant to deal with and a credit to SG Petch.”

“The delivery was longer than expected but appreciate out if your hands. Car was being purchased in Sons name but has been registered in mine in error but not able to rectify from your side so not very impressed”

“Gary who we dealt with at the Middlesbrough branch was excellent. He explained everything clearly, and made the purchase so straight forward. We had a small issue with a warning light after we collected the car, and Gary booked this in to be rectified straight away and made sure we were not left without a car in the meantime. We also received a follow up call to check everything was ok. Really pleased with the service.”

“I had my navara in for warranty work today at SG PETCH nissan durham eaven and Mark were most helpful they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle had all work carried out to a high standard I was very pleased with the level of service I received from SG petch thanks for all your help.”

“From placing the initial order for my new hyundai i20n to finally collecting it SGPetch were constantly letting me know what was happening. They kept me informed about proposed build date, export date, delivery date and eventually the collection. The whole process took around 7 months from initial order to delivery. This lengthy delivery was explained in the beginning and came as no surprise. We were dealt with professionally and courteously throughout. The salesman assisted my husband with getting some additional side stripes put onto the car, which I knew nothing about! We are very pleased with our new vehicle and how it looks, its a one of a kind!”

“Excellent knowledge and service provided by Ryan Robertson. He even installed the Mazda app to my phone and paired it to my car, also setting up my personal preferences. I have never had such a service from Land Rover or Audi. Thank you.”

“From the moment I walked into the showroom until now, I have received nothing but fantastic service. Max made the process of ordering our first motability car a breeze and I’m exceptionally thankful that he took the time to accommodate, explain, answer any questions or worries and help with any issues we encountered.
