“This purchase of a SEAT Tarraco was our second purchase from SGPetch in 2.5 years . The first was a SEAT Ateca. We have been very impressed and happy with all our dealings with SGPetch, both from Matthew Newell in sales and Heather in service ( before her Darren Borland ? Also excellent) . Matthew is an excellent ambassador for your company and he conducts himself in such a professional manner that we are sure that we will return in future for further purchases . Both Matthew and Heather make us feel like we are more than just a customer, they’ve cultivated a very friendly relationship with us , demonstrating professional care for our customer satisfaction . We very much appreciate the gift that came with our car from SGPetch as a token of your thanks for our loyalty to you . We very much feel that’s a two way process . “Have been driving for 53 years and can say without hesitation, the service I have received over the past 6 1/2 years from buying first new Kia Ceed car from them in 2013, followed by 6 1/2 years of excellent servicing on the vehicle and now another new Kia Ceed two weeks ago, has been the best over those 53 years.”
