“The salesperson was pleasant, friendly but not at all pushy. We could ask questions but were given space to discuss between ourselves. I didn't quite get the part-exchange that I was hoping for but when do you ever with a trade-in.”

“Inquired about a used car in November and arranged to visit the dealership. On arrival, it took me about 5 minutes to get anyone's attention. I was then handed the keys so I could have a look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I got back to the dealership I spoke to Emma and was given the paperwork to sign. On the day I collected the car, the car had not been taxed and had never been explained to me that it was not in with the price which I found very odd. I had to remind Emma about setting up the service plan and after that handed the keys to drive off, No sales or general manager to thank me for buying from them which I have had at other dealerships when I have brought a new or used car. I have also not had a follow-up call to see if everything is ok. I feel unvalued as a customer”

“I went to SG Petch to look at a Fiat 500e. The test drive was easy to arrange and a great experience. The sales person - Ryan Robertson -provided excellent advice and support throughout the buying process & we are very pleased with the car.”

“Outstanding service during purchase of in stock Ioniq 5. Guy was patient with completion of rejection of VW and even placed us in loan car whilst we closed out that process, above and beyond! First rate after a previous bad experience with other dealership (VW)”

“After going to another Kia dealer in the local area and having a very poor customer experience I was a bit dubious of going anywhere else. However James at SG Petch could not of been more helpful, excellant customer service and made to feel at ease straight away, he answered all my questions and made the whole process of buying a new car easy and straightforward. “I have just had my first service for my Mazda CX-5 with no issues. I arranged to have a courtesy car for the day and had very good service from Nichola Hornsby who made sure the courtesy car had washer fluid and the tyres were at the right pressure very good and professional service”
