“First car purchase from SG Petch but have used both Nissan and Hyundai service department’s for my business lease car needs for 6 years. Located the car I wanted at Darlington dealership and Durham dealership had the car brought to Durham within a couple of hours. Loved the car, which was a demonstrator, and bought it. Bit disappointed with the delay to collect as the vehicle was over due it’s service and during service a recall was highlighted and the part required had to be ordered, however, SG Petch were willing to temporary take the part from another stock vehicle to use on mine until my part was available but this wasn’t necessary as the part required arrived next day.. Overall quite good to deal with. Friendly sales staff willing to do that bit extra for their customers which didn’t go un noticed.”

“Bought 3rd car from Petch skippers lane. I feel that I am treated warmly and professionally and given a fair deal without being messed around. I like the helpful and genuine manner of 'Indie' who makes me feel like a friend he wants to give best deal too and not as just another customer .all cars bought from Petch have been well presented and after sale service has been good by workshop.”

“The complete transaction went smoothly although had to do some fairly hard bargaining on a fairly expensive car. Happy enough with the salesman and wasn't too pushy new car is really nice and so far so good fingers crossed it continues”

“Reg was great, he help me out tremendously when I gave him my requirements for a car. Coming back with a number of options and advising me on all the cars so I could narrow it down to the one for me. The hand over was made easy and straight forward. I would definitely use SG Petch York and Reg again. Thanks for the great experience. Scott”

“We had a very good experience when we came in to part exchange our car for a new one, The member of staff Adam Grant was very friendly courteous and helpful. We traded in a 3 year old Hyundai I10 which had proved to be an excellent car for a new I10 . I would highly recommend this car definitely the best small car on the road and I would highly recommend the service”

“Dealt with Christian at SG Petch Middlesbrough who was excellent from Day 1. Sorted everything out I required and more, was polite and honest, even went above and beyond and messaged out even on his day off. Really happy with the service I received and the Car I purchased. Fully recommend”
