“It was bad enough that the green car that we ordered was actually blue, forcing us to send it back in exchange for another one at a significant financial cost to ourselves but when the second car eventually arrived the roof didn't have the Fiat logo as promised and the pedestrian warning music didn't work and the speedometer was calibrated in kilometres per hour, demonstrating that the car wasn't road tested before we took delivery. We were told that Fiat would be in touch to sort all of this out but we haven't heard a peep from anyone in the last 5 weeks so it's off to Court and Trading Standards.”

We are really disappointed that even after vehicle exchange into a more favourable colour choice you are still not satisfied. The vehicle supplied was current UK specification which is subject to change. If you have concerns with the pedestrian assist noise please book the car in with our service department and they will look into this. The vehicle had a pre delivery inspection and road test prior to delivery my apologies the speed was still showing in KM this can be swapped the MPH at the push of a button. “Overall I would recommend this garage. Dan in the showroom was very helpful and took me out on an ad-hoc test drive of the e-Niro, which I went on to buy. There were only 2 issues that I experienced in the puchasing process: 1> I requested my car's software/maps be updated fully before handover, but it wasn't. I raised this when I got the car home and it was resolved without fuss by taking it back in for an update. Ensure your car is updated before you leave the forecourt! 2> My credit agreement included an extra charge of nearly £600 for Premium paint, but my car was the base model and didn't have it. This appears to be down to how Kia keep on changing what is and isn't Premium on the different yearly models causing some confusion, so it's forgivable. My issue was really that I had to point it out - so check your paperwork carefully. Otherwise happy.”

“From start to finish Callum Batkin our salesman was so proffesional and his knowledge of the car we were interested in was second to non He always kept us informed of the progress of our sale and delivery date. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase one of your vehicles”

“Car collection was smooth but not completely without problems. Ordered a spare wheel kit for the car and two weeks after collection I'm still waiting. I have to keep contacting the dealership because they don't seem to have much customer care service.”
